Luv this lady. Got great tires at a good price. The owner is always very nice and accommodating. I’ve bought tires a few times and never had any problems with them. She ever gave me a free cold water as it was very hot that day and 1 for the tow truck guy. I do recommend her to family and friends too.

Never ever coming back to this place! Passes racial comments, poor customer service with a bad attitude! I visited with my friend, was just next door getting my car cleaned, this guy gave a quote of a low amount for installing the winter tires on rims and charged way more than that, customer service at it's lowest and can't even handle a single customer politely. would give a -5 if possible! VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Brian was a total pro and took care of my tire needs after I got a flat on my rear drivers side. I have a 5yr old boy and was concerned about safety but I felt confident in the service I received. His co-worker Ray was really helpful as well. I won't be going anywhere else for my tire needs.

LIARS, DISRESPECTFUL, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!I could give -5 stars if possible.Felt everything with only one visit to this location. I went to this place on Saturday asking what their prices are to just change the tires which are already on rims. The lady told me it’s $40 and $60 if the tires need balancing. I went back today(Monday) to get it done and I told the lady that I came on Saturday to get a quote and I am here to get it done. After changing the tires the guy who was working said that it’s $70 plus tax and that’s without even balancing the tires and when I said that I was quoted a different price on Saturday, this guy blamed me for lying and said if you guys want to get things done at a cheaper price then go to Scarborough and we don’t do student cars and blah blah. Then he called the lady because she had already left and she said that she couldn’t remember what she quoted which is not my problem and instead of acknowledging the mistake, still ended up charging me $60. When I said that I won’t be coming back to this place, he replied- “ no problem, we don’t want you back”. Felt really disgusted. I was so polite but this guy was so loud and disrespectful as if I asked for his kidneys, I just wanted him to honour what they promised. Worst customer service experience.

Great experience and lovely people! I did a lot of research for a tire place that would be reasonable and fair and I definitely found that here at A1!

Went there on a Sunday early November asked about tires and that they charged me extra and all rims had a slow leak from there previous service, he said when I come back he would take care of me. A week Monday I go back with new tires for him to switch, he was busy and was totally disrespectful, he told me $140 to clean the rims and switch the tires, I packed them back up went to Durham tires and they did it for $80. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO A1 TIRES

A1 Tire is an excellent place to purchase tires.I purchased a set of used tire there and after installing had had a real bad vibration.Took car back to Ray and he reblance tiresBut was still getting a vibration a few weeks later.I returned to A1 and spoke to Ray and Michelle they recheck the vehicle and tires.Turned out the two back tires the belts had shifted.Without any hassle Michele refunded me for all four tires.And put the refund towards 4 brand new tires.At a Excellent price..Every time I have been around there shopThey treat all there customers with friendly respectful service.Ray is very professional and pleasant.And Michele treats you like you are somebody. It hard to find business peopleLike that these days..I would recommend A1 to anyone.Thank You For The Excellent ServiceGod Bless.
