Call before you visit the office!!We were excited to book our trip to Australia and New Zealand, and after checking the website and hours, drove across the city to visit Aussie Travel to speak to a travel agent.Unfortunately, we arrived at the door - with a toddler - to find it locked, with no lights on despite visiting during the open hours.After calling the number listed on Googlemaps, we were informed that the individual who usually runs the office was away on sick leave.I’m not giving zero stars because the person we spoke with was friendly, and sick days happen, but it would have been nice for some kind of online indication that they wouldn’t be open (*before* we drove across the city with a little one).In the end, we drove to the closest regular travel agent and booked the trip there. I was looking forward to working with Aussie Travel, but unfortunately it just wasn’t meant to be.
