Exchangenergy Inc has been servicing my heat pump on Salt Spring Island for the past few years. This year, maybe due to its age, there were a number of problems which needed fixing. I am very pleased with how Exchangenergy addressed the problems: they were easy to contact; I was able to speak to somebody!; they arranged for early appointments for a serviceman to come to fix the problem; the servicemen that I met were Mike and Michael - both courteous, on time, personable, hard working, and they explained the problem and what they did to fix it; and the charges were reasonable. I highly recommend Exchangenergy for heating and AC work. Thank you very much - Neil, Sydney, Michael and Mike!

I have had the benefit of Mike's knowledge and expertise over this past year, when I moved to my new home. I have no previous experience with furnaces, and he has helped me to navigate and deal with some concerns, as well as resolving some issues.He reflects a knowledgeable, professional, approachable and respectful manner, infused with such a warm and positive attitude.He is always very patient as he listens to, and answers my questions, and then takes me through the actual process, as he determines whether or not there is a problem.Nobody wants to have a problem with their furnace, but in the event of a problem...Mike is the one who I would ask for, to respond to that call.

Exchange Energy installed the HVAC system on our previous home. It ran very well, and they provided excellent service for the duration of our time in the home. Always booked them for annual service, they are prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. Recently moved to a new (but older) home, with a different type of HVAC system. Exchange Energy was knowledgeable about the system, and stepped in right away to provide excellent maintenance. They also filled me in on the operation and required maintenance of the new to me HVAC system. I trust them and will continue to use them to service this very important aspect of my home. Recently, Mike installed a new smart thermostat in our home. He has serviced our home multiple times and is always very friendly, and knowledgeable. Mike did a great job of bypassing the previous controller and pulling wires to install the new more efficient thermostat. He also provided great advice on helping me to pick out a smart thermostat that met the efficiency needs of our household. I can fully recommend Exchange Energy without any hesitation! The office staff are also very kind, organised and easy to work with over the phone when setting up servicing or maintenance calls.

Our service person, Mike, was extremely proficient, friendly, and more than willing to explain everything that he was doing, as he was doing it. Not only did he do a thorough furnace inspection, but solved two issues that we have been struggling with for the past two months.
