Sarpino's Pizzeria Cedar Hill

They put absolutely no cheese on the pizza. I ordered them twice just to make sure that they didn't screw up. Unfortunately they put no cheese and no effort. They give sarpino's a bad name if you want sarpino's go to any of the other locations.

To;dr: good pizza, bad customer service when it arrived burned.We order from Sarpinos on Gosford on average every 2 weeks and it's always good. Tonight though, we got two (2) burned pizzas. We called to ask for replacements and offered to send photos and were told simply that they could offer only one (1) replacement pizza, and that we would have to pick up because the driver is too busy." I gave them our address and they acknowledged that we are good customers but that this is all they would do."

Great pizza for the price! Fast and friendly service. This is only a pickup and delivery place and don’t expect to dine in. Way better then the “little guys” pizza.

I recently ordered food and had a bad experience, I wrote a review about it.I usually I don't hear anything when that happens but the owner responded positively right away, and was able to provide such good customer service that I went back again.Right now I feel confident recommending this establishment, the deluxe in Hawaiian pizzas are on point. The sauce, crust and topping ratio were at good levels and everyone involved fully enjoyed the meal.I will return and am excited to try the menu.

I had good pizza from here. There was a good amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was good. The mouth feel was good. It wasn't soggy when it arrived which was nice. I find some pizza gets soggy and that ruins the experience. Soggy pizza is no bueno and sarpinos pizza wasn't that. I would definitely recommend this pizza to someone who wants some pizza. If you're ordering through doordash or Uber or skip male sure you too your driver. They only make like $4 to deliver your pizza to you. You'll usually get your pizza a little faster if you tip too. That makes it less of a chance to get soggy. Did I mention that soggy pizza is disappointing? Sarpinos ain't soggy. Not a sog in sight. So buy the pizza and tip your driver. That means soggy pizza will not be in your future. Lastly, ham and pineapple is awesome. Hands down one of the best pizza flavours ever created. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a giant pepperoni head. Have a great day/night or anywhere in between. And buy the pizza. Don't settle for your soggy second choice. Do it. Do it.

I ordered from here based on the review rating was disappointed in the delivery thats why the 3 stars, first he phoned me that was outside the building had to tell him the buzzer code, buzzed him in then few minutes later he calls back asking for the apartment number, both were on my order. I also asked no contact delivery leave food at door and knock, I go to the door when he knocked and he is walking away with the food, if your delivering food read the instructions first!! Looked at pizza's both looked burnt around the edges, and ordered normal crust but looked like thin crust but we were both surprised that the pizza's both tasted good, like to tomatoe sauce not to sweet not too spicy. There is a Sarpino's close to were we live but the sauce is too spicy for me, but their crust was better. And they need to offer a topping for the cheese cake. All in all it tasted good, need to work on the delivery.

I seldom order pizza lately but this was an occasion that called for it. Chose Sarpino's Pizza mostly for the location and I discovered it is actually part of a chain. I ordered 2 pizzas online for pick up and I thought I noticed somewhere in the process that for pick up orders of 2 pizzas the 2nd pizza would be 1/2 price. When I reached the checkout that didn't appear to be the case. Both were full price. As to the 2 pizzas, I found them to be kind of mediocre. I'll be looking elsewhere than Sarpino's if there's a next time for pizza.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Our pizza arrived, burnt, folded over in the box and cold.When I called to inform them the woman on the phone told me and I quote “not her problem.”Absolutely disgraceful for a business to not take accountability for their product and service. Especially considering we ordered $100.00 worth of pizza.I will NEVER be ordering from this location again and I will be sure to inform everyone I know how horrible the service is.

Pretty good. A good amount of cheese. One of the last value pizza places left.. and it just opened! Almost the same quality pizza as at Romeo's but for less than half price, and it's usually ready quite a bit quicker. The owners are nice here, and they are following good Covid protocol from what I've seen.
