Been going here a long time, whether racing, training, or volunteering. Great facility for any of those thing either track and field in the summer or cross country skiing in the winter.

My kids went to summer day camp with Ottawa Lions for a week. I strongly recommend it. They stay active, have a ton of fun, and the counsellors are top notch.
