Some one told me they do not work well with people and do not do there job

My fiance and I have a rental house that has continuous turnovers and needed a deep clean prior to the first summer rental. After having a walk-thru of the house, we scheduled the deep clean appointment as well as the turnovers for the entire summer. I confirmed the first appointment day and time TWICE with the owner, Sandra, and was assured the cleaners would arrive at 8:30 AM to do a deep clean before the 3 PM check-in. When the cleaners were not at the house by 9:30 AM, I started to worry. By 12:30 PM and after sending multiple emails and calling throughout the morning, we assumed they were blowing us of and cancelled our plans so we could do the cleaning ourselves. Two individuals from the company finally arrived... over 4 hours late. Since we were short on time, we had them join our cleaning efforts. They did a sub-par cleaning, absolutely not what I would consider a deep clean" which is what we were charged for. The refrigerator was left untouched and we had to scramble to scrub the bathroom tub and other areas because they didn't have time to do more than a light cleaning. Even more disappointing

We have used them several times over the years and have been very happy with their services and pricing.

L &R Carpet was recommended to us when our water pipes froze outside underground. They came over the same day and tried to unfreeze our pipes. Due to another issue they were unable to that day, but gave us great advice on how to solve our issue. They called to check up on us which is unheard of now a days. They came back a few days later after we dug up the pipe outside and they unfroze our pipe. They showed up on time, we’re caring, hardworking and overall good hearted people. Most importantly they cared about getting our water back without breaking the bank. We would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so much for your help!
