I recently had my first microdermabraision session here with Hazel, and words can not explain how much I enjoyed the actual session and LOVED THE RESULTS after just one session. I have acne prone and textured/clogged skin and after my first session ive already seen alot of the texture dissapear and my face looks and feels cleaner and brighter. I've already booked for my second session. I dont usually write reviews but the services and care provided by Hazel is beyond excellent. Hazel is really caring, empathetic, and knowledgable; shes knows what she's doing and makes you feel like your in good hands. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

Poor customer service and unprofessional. Before the pandemic, I bought 6 full laser body sessions. After my last session I bought 3 more sessions. No need to say that I have spent quite a lot of money. Overall my experience was ok until 2 weeks ago when I finally got ready to use my last session. I was told in a non-professional way: “All Packages expire after one year of purchase, this is in your contract that you have signed.R~”. I sent a message back to try to negotiate something but it’s been over a week and no answer back.

I absolutely love this place for micro needling. Not enough people know about its excellence. Hazel did an outstanding job in numbing my face first and then carrying out the procedure. My results were so apparent that my mom and sister went as well. 10/10 recommend for people with acne scars, fine lines/wrinkles or sunspots.
