Update on April 15th.We have been a full year into renovations of our property. One of the items that was required was our furnace. It actually broke down right on the last cold spell of 2020. Luckily it was not too uncomfortable. Jeremy of Soul came out right away to take a look and advised me the the furnace was on its last legs.Jeremy listened to my plans and questions and answered them with fantastic information and examples. He provided many options for us that he knew would work for us. He provided a quality furnace and we ended replacing our hot water tank with a on demand water heater.Jeremy also eventually completed gas work, installed a garage heater, required and key to upcoming projects, and completed a emergency repair for our rental.What I liked most is that his employees where training each other so they could grow and be better technicians and make their clients happy with their investment.Keep up the great work Jeremy and Team.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Heating and ventilation are often overlooked until it’s minus 40 and your furnace will not run.Renovations around HVAC and plumbing are challenging. About two weeks ago our sump pump stopped working at the worst possible time during spring melt. Water started spilling into the furnace room and we had very little time to react. I contacted Jeremy and he provided me with some options. Lyle came to my house and fixed our problem quickly and professionally.Lyle from Soul Mechanical came to help us out quickly, fixed our problem and made sure things were working correctly before leaving. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I would definitely recommend him and Jeremy from Soul Mechanical for their prompt service, professional demeanour and reasonable prices.

We needed our old furnace replaced. We had some terrible luck with another company that promised to install and then didn't deliver. Jeremy and the guys at Soul Mechanical jumped to the rescue and had our furnace installed within the week. They did great quality work and are super friendly. A pleasure to deal with.

I got the maintenance package with Soul Mechanical and have had a great experience. I don't have to worry about when to book for the tech to come in for maintenance and inspection. We just had a 15 year old furnace replaced as well as some repairs on an older air conditioner. Jeremy and his team did a great job both helping us determine what equipment was right for as and a super job installing in a timely manner. Great people to deal with. Would certainly recommend.

I am a roofing contractor and I decided to try out Souls services.We have used them on 2 projects so far and more coming.Pricing was fair, services was great and as described,even one job was a rush Jeremy fit me inside schedule and made project go smoth. Without a doubt, the best mechanical contractor I've ever worked with. My installations were atypical but not hard and absolutely required people who were willing to think outside the box a little to achieve the design's goals. The Team at Soul helped to replace an existing floor-mount boiler with a high efficiency wall mount one, relocate the city's water meter, remove the hot water tank and tie the new boiler into a capacity tank, installed a valve manifold to gain a few extra hot water zones, relocated and installed new two high velocity fan coils (one in new basement mechanical room and one in 2nd flr laundry room), replaced the ducting throughout home, installed in-slab hydronic heating in the basement and tied the hot tub to a heat exchanger off the boiler so it can be heated via natural gas rather than electricity. That last one worked so well that we'll probably also use it to heat the 15,000 gallon above ground pool next year.All of these projects took about 3 years to complete so I had the opportunity to work with the company's owners as well as many of their staff. From the top to the bottom of Soul's organization, their culture is one of collaboration, support and providing a quality product that satisfies the customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any of your mechanical needs.
