I agree with the other comment. Keith and Vithu convince you that you will win this case buy all they did was give false hope and crush you with a heavy bill half way through. I was misguided by these lawyers and I strongly enourage you stay away from them. My case was not resolved and I had to pay 5K and near the end they had asked me if I was prepared to lose $25k when initially they said i had a good winning case. These guys are pure evil.

I have filed a complaint with Law Society of Ontario for both Mr. Keith Juriansz and his assistant Ioulia Vinogradova. They bullied and intimidated me all the way. Never once discussed their scope of services with me, nor their hourly rate, nor had me sign any agreement or pay any retainer. He just kept telling me do not be the weak link"! Then I get slapped with $9k bill. Stay well away! They will bully you

I strongly do not recommend you to use this office, because of the hidden and unusual fees they force you to pay, and they don't even deliver your case to take money from you, or even in my case, they cancel the court date and if there is a problem They are suing you with three other lawyers as witnesses in the Supreme Court of Canada to get the unfair money from you somehow. And even in my case, they canceled a court appointment that I booked 8 months ago
