Our server was very friendly and the food as delicious as always. They bent over backwards to meet our requests and the food came out quickly. Thank you for the tasty food, nice staff, great prices on the happy hour menu, and relaxing environment!

Understandably we visited during COVID-19 but our service was less than average. Our waitress was visibly unhappy and didn’t feel like she wanted to be there. We had ordered coffees and waited long enough for cream and sugar, while the table after us had gotten theirs. Not to mention the coffee was not good. We had ordered sausage with our meals and it came out green in colour. They were visibly incredibly unappetizing and turned us off as well as the taste was not good so we didn’t eat. Too processed? I’m unsure but I would not get the sausage. Essentially the entire meal was a flop and we were unhappy with all of it, we barely ate our meals and barely saw the waitress at all. Would not recommend. We will be visiting elsewhere from now on.

Where to even start this review ? This visit was probably the worst one I have ever had at this location! We waited so long to be seated , even longer for someone to even acknowledge our table for drinks .. we were all ready to order by the time someone came to our table. The waitress that was there didn’t seem to be even listening to us .. as she messed up a few things from our order. Then we had to ask for refills among other things like utensils/napkins… then we even had to ask her for the kids dessert that comes with their meals ..then the waitress finally brings the bill and we go to pay it , but notice she has charged us for things we shouldn’t have to pay for according to the menu. Then she proceeded to argue with my mother about said item.. it’s such a shame to have an experience like this .. my kids love this place ! The treasure at the end is awesome!

Great atmosphere and Exceptional food. I frequently enjoy going to Ricky's and getting their breakfast bowls so start my day. With all the ingredients and flavors that go into them, as well as pairing it with a cup of tea. I feel that it's a great way to start the day and for a reasonable $$/portion size

After asking for a clean knife 4 times this is the best they could do. Probably best to avoid any meal that requires a steak knife. The food was good and good value for the money.

I ordered two egg but with butter milk pancakes. My partner had the fish sandwich lunch special. Great service and good food. I would recommend this restaurant.

This used to be one of my family's favorite places. I am not sure if it went through an ownership or management change but it has certainly gone downhill. We went in for dinner and there were maybe 5-6 tables occupied with plenty open and we still had to wait 20 minutes to get a table. We ended up walking out after waiting for another 15-20 mins without even being acknowledged.

A HUGE shoutout to our waitress from this morning Marelyn. When we got there this morning we noticed how busy the restaurant was and there was only one young lady doing the waitressing, bussing, and attending as a hostess. Our first impression was to leave however her quick response to our presence was amazing. I was very impressed by her composure, professionalism and stellar service on point. Our meal and service was above and beyond and would like to recognize this young lady for her amazing work. More companies need people like Marelyn. Thank you!!!
