I switched to this dentist office when my dentist retired. I had an amazing dentist who I fully trusted. I ended up having more dental work done at this office in a few years than I had in my entire life. I have very good teeth and I’ve been told that by other dentists as well. First was pulling all my fillings and replacing them with the plastic ones. I have since had problems with those plastic fillings as I think a very cheap plastic was used instead of a higher quality one. I had two wisdom teeth pulled and the last time I was there they said that I need a crown and a root canal. I got second opinions and I don’t need any of that work to be done. I am a trusting person by nature and believe that they were doing the best that they could for me but after talking to other people who were commenting that it seemed like I was having a lot of dental work done I started looking elsewhere. And I am glad that I did. The hygienists who work there are awesome but I believe that this business is built on making a lot of money for the dentist and not doing what is best for the clients.

Dr.Walpole was amazing. She had such a calming effect.

I've never had a reason to change dentists, and I may never! The practices here are well done and thought out and the team here with Dr. Walpole are fantastic! I've heard nightmare dentist stories from friends at other places, but I have never experienced this at all and I've been going here for nearly 20 years!

Dr Walpole is good but their accounting/billing is a mess.

Ive been seeing Dr. Walpole since I met her a decade ago. She's excellent, she's a detailed perfectionist who always has her patients best interest at heart. She moved practices a few years ago and I now cross THREE bridges to see Dr. Walpole; but it's totally worth it: that's how good she is. (she's also very young, so you'll have a good dentist for years to come)I also really like and appreciate Parm who works at the front desk and books all the appointments and does direct billing.

I've been bouncing around from practice to practice for years, and never found a dentist I was comfortable with. Dr. Walpole and her team changed everything! I have crowded teeth, so every dentist I've ever been to used scare tactics to try to push the costly treatment of Invisalign on me. Not cool! I felt pressured, and didn't know if it was truly right for me, or if they only wanted to sell something expensive. But this practice was the first to let me bring it up first, and they gave me an honest and no-pressure consultation. This is the first and only dental practice to not to pressure me into unnecessary treatment, and that meant so much to me that I decided to start Invisalign with them, on my own terms. I couldn't be happier.

Really professional and when I had my root canal I never experienced any pain. Also getting a dental crown here is more affordable than some other dentists .

Dr Walpole is professional, gentle, kind and caring. I needed about 6 teeth repaired when I first visited her office. She showed me X-rays of each area that needed work and explained each problem and procedure before treatment. She laid out a sensible timeline for the whole job doing the neediest areas first and spacing the visits wisely within my budget. She is very considerate regarding pricing and payment. Parm, the office manager, is good at managing insurance coverage to give you the best coverage within your plan. It’s a clean, friendly and pleasant environment.

Yesterday I had an extraction of my lower molar. I take my hat off to Dr. Walpole and to Marisol for their patience, care and gentleness before, during and after the procedure. They both gave care and took the time to talk me to help keep me calm.
