BUYER BEWARE!!! Stereotypical used car salesman, tell you what you want to hear and is very vague on answers to questions.If planning to purchase a vehicle from here highly highly recommend getting a third party mechanic inspection! took a vehicle in to a mechanic after not even 1000kms it had several concerning leaks, mechanic missed ball joints being severely worn and was informed it had received a fresh oil change but the filter had rust on it and the oil drain plug was stripped and leaking.

CJ and his team went above and beyond to help me out and make sure everything was taken care of in order to get my deal done efficiently and cover all the bases. I felt very secure leaving the lot knowing I could count on them. I've come to them with questions after the fact and they have offered me plenty of help and been very accommodating. I've had some bad experiences with dealers and finance guys in the past but I'm happy to say this wasn't one of them. Thanks again!

CJ was very honest, upfront, and professional. He was not pushy with the sale and was very knowledgeable about finance and warranty options. CJ went above and beyond, for me, by coming on Sunday to allow me to sign documents and drive my truck off the lot. Very thankful that there are still genuine people out there like CJ. I was very happy with my experience at Just Auto. I would highly recommend these guys.

Earlier this year, I purchased a vehicle and warranty from Just Auto. I was wary about going auto shopping alone because of my previous nightmarish car shopping/buying experiences; as any woman can attest, being a woman shopping for cars is a very intimidating and defeating experience! CJ was very open, honest and accommodating in every aspect. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Unfortunately, having a great experience is extremely rare (for women) in the automotive industry. I have purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime. Dealing with CJ at Just Auto has been an exceptional experience. He has restored my faith in there are still a few great and honest salesmen out there. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. This company was professional and friendly and genuinely cared about helping me find a vehicle that best suited my needs.

I had a great experience with John and Just Auto. I needed a reliable car to take my family for a tour around Alberta and drive my doughter to preschool during our stay in Edmonton. I bought and sold the same car to Just Auto. They were a great help. Everything was clear and easy. I didn't have problems with a car and I'm left with great memories. I choose buying from a dealer with good reviews and pay a little more rather than a private seller because I prefered to play safe. It was a good choice.

We just moved to Alberta and needed a vehicle after our van was hit and written off. We visited Just Auto and I was skeptical of a used car dealership but didn't take long to change my perspective. CJ was amazing to work with and went over and beyond to ensure our Nissan Armada was ready to go and insurance compliant.CJ had great help from his team Amber and O'NEIL who helped answer our many questions and confusion with navigating this new province.We will be back for a car for our daughter!Thanks to your team!

Worst experience ever, especially the guy there didn’t seem to care at all as we walked it and his assistant tried helping but he just kept using in the first dew minutes without and then took a call and started talking on his phone. Asked him a price of a car and he seemed to not care at all continue doing his business for the next 10 minutes and we left without any information on the car we liked. Really bad people NEVER GO IN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY.
