This Benjamin Moore location is the worst! We were sent by our contractor to pick up paint so he could continue with the job. They refused to honor his pricing discount unless he left the site to come pay for it himself. Then they refused to take the old Benjamin Moore paint can of the exact same paint. I never have these issues at the Waterloo location of Heers, or the Expressions on King. Do better.

Terrible customer care, I was planning on placing a large order for wallpaper but from the moment I walked in the store representatives were super unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt like an inconvenience to them just being in the store.Please do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. They are out of stock most of the common Benjamin Moore paints -most customers who came in while I was there couldn’t get what they needed.They have a great selection, however I will be ordering from a different store all the way in Oakville. Purely due to the lack of customer care even from the store manager.I ended up calling the wallpaper dealer directly after the store refused to give me stock information, they will only give you that info after placing the non refundable order.Turns out the dealer rep is not super thrilled about working with them either. I’m very thankful I’m not going to be giving this store my business it really is unnecessary to treat customers like they are an inconvenience.Design and paint should be a delightful fun experience not uncomfortable.

I recommend this store. Tiana(I hope I spelled correctly) and the store manager are super friendly and they spend time helping me understand the product and helped me choose the right one.I once met Heather from the other store here and she is the best.I painted my whole house with BM products.

Joan did such an amazing job doing a stain match for me that I just couldn't figure out! She worked out a multi-step process that never would have occurred to me. Absolute genius! She has been my company's main point person for all of our painting needs for over 7 years!

I found the wallpaper I have always wanted, helpful staff and they also gave me contact numbers of wallpaper installers. Great experience!

These 5 stars are purely for Brent who works at the Kitchener location. I’ve made a few phone orders with him and he’s always been friendly but his customer service during my in-store colour matching appointment was exceptional. Brent is incredibly patient and helpful and I would highly recommend booking appointments with him if you require assistance!

I’ve been a professional painter for a decade and this shop takes the award for THE WORST shop I’ve been to. The worst customer service I have experienced. Rude and insulting staff, especially Sarah. It’s almost like she tries to be as rude and unpleasant as she can. They have constantly screwed up my orders and when I tried to talk to with the owner Joan she seemed none to concerned with her staff treating their customers this way or the lack of professionalism they put forth. My company spends a lot of money on materials every year and because of this lack of professionalism and rudeness from Sarah I will not spend any more of my customers money there. I recommend you do the same. If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would.

The first time I called I got a rude, unhelpful young woman, who knew nothing. She told me it was my job to tell her what I needed. I called to inquire about what product to use because we were refinishing our hardwood and were not sure what product to purchase. Someone I know recommended their products so I decided to call the Guelph location and see if I could talk to someone else. Thankfully, I talked to a young gentlemen who was able to answer all my questions and recommend the right product. I then called the Kitchener location back to make my order and talked to a different person who was very helpful. So I'm glad I called multiple times because customer service was great after I ignored the first. I get people have bad days but people call paint stores for help so if you are not willing to provide customer service find another job.
