Pacific Coastal Airlines
I used to really enjoy flying with Pacific Coastal and had a lot of local pride in that it started in my home town. But I think I’ll be trying Harbour Air next time. I arrived at the terminal much earlier then originally planned and tried to get on a earlier flight. Turns out I was 5 minutes to late for the checkin time and there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been sitting here for 25 minutes and they are only just loading the flight I’d hoped to get on. It used to be run like the family owned business that it is, now they run it like it’s Air Canada and there’s just no working with people or trying to do anything to help someone out. Sad.

Went to Bella Bella, Port Hardy and Richmond/YVR.Flight was fine for a turboprop.Ticket attendants and flight crews are laid back and pleasant.I know I dont have much choice for flights to the places I go to but enjoyed the flight regardless

Cody from Kamloops to Vancouver. Great flight. Friendly staff. I could watch the pilots flying the plane which was a great experience. Very professional and laid back. Would totally fly with them again.

Meal voucher values are out of touch with reality.Had a flight cancelled within two hours of departure. Ok, things happen. As legally required PC provided a hotel and a flight the next day. However, the provided meal vouchers were valid only at the hotel, and weren't enough to pay for anything. For example, PC provided a $10 breakfast voucher. The cheapest menu item is $17 and a coffee is $4.50.Contacted customer service, pointed out the carrier's free meals obligation under Air Passenger Protection regulations and was politely told to pound sand.

Rubbish service, with poor customer focus. Please remember you fly people not planes. Won’t use again as they are too inconsistent
