The clerk was stand-offish and not at all helpful or friendly. What I thought was to be a collaborative discussion about framing options, all he told me was how much each was going to cost. He also did not handle my custom prints with care. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer services. Unfriendly. They do not wish to do business, nor want customers in store. Probably another store front for background drug operations....

Excellent and honest business. Quality is excellent and prices are fair. I am saying this with some framing experience myself as I helped my father do some framing for his paintings. My father always trusted the Picture Store with his larger/original works and so did I with some of my most dear belongings now. They blessed me with an outstandingly low price upon entrusting them with what will now be family heirlooms. I could not recommend them to others more. Their craftmanship is top notch.
