Adam did a great job, from our initial communications to the pitch raise and tuning itself. He was pleasant, efficient, did the job asked competently, and with his piano tech hat on flagged a couple of minor physical things I may wish to get looked at in the future. The price paid was as quoted.All in all, I am happy with the work and would be happy to use his services again in the future.
