I took a piece of decking in I needed colour matched. I was steered toward the right product and then they did their magic with the colour match. Perfect !

Was in the store just for a paint mix .. met Vaani and Anthony . Vaani was so observant and informed me of type of primer i had and it’s use ..This wasn’t corrrct one for my project . Anthony was as helpful and very kindly explained and provided me with the proper primer for my project .This all happened within a few mins of closing on a Saturday and they did not hesitate to take time and effort to solve my problem. They are very knowledgeable , friendly and passionateWith their help and advice I completed my project.Thank you kindly.

My experience with this location staff has been pretty good until today. I went to the store asked this guy 'tony' if he had the same product that i brought with me. Dude didnt even bothered to check his inventory and told me straight away try some other store. Then i asked could you check with you other locations he said give me a moment then he began attending other customers. After waiting for like literally 15 minutes i asked if he could call the other locations now. To this he said sorry i am busy. If the authorities are reading this i request them to please tell him how to treat you customers.

I was very happy with the service I got at this store, Lucas and Nasir are very knowledgeable with paints and different qualities. I use to go to Cloverdale paint but after this experience I will possible cancel my account there and switch to here, Nasir even offered to deliver the paint if I run out.Awesome service, haven't received service like this in many years.
