We called Lounsbury Plumbing first thing this morning for our leaking water heater after exhausting other avenues for assistance. We were told that they could have someone out later in the day but Darcy overheard the conversation and offered to come out immediately. He arrived within 15 minutes of our phone call. Darcy determined that we needed a new water heater and together with Joey we had a new water heater installed within 2 hours of our phone call to their office. They took such care protecting our home and they were so pleasant to have in our home. This wasn’t just good customer service, it was EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Lounsbury Plumbing has just acquired a new loyal customer!

Such a great company to deal with. They were good to us when we lived inTillsonburg and since we moved to Vienna, they helped us with an installation and most recently with a furnace repair. Quick service. Really responsive. Great value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We dealt with Joey, Jay and Darcy and everybody has been amazing.

Called for help to get the pool heater working. The technician knew immediately what was needed - no new parts just a little TLC. I appreciated the speed of his work and the fact he repaired a part rather than replace it. I'll be calling them for help again as needed.

they came and hooked up my gas bbq. finally the service guy was on point. going to hire them for my hvac service at my new shack

These people are simply amazing. Provided quote and stuck to it. Installed new a/c ,new gas line and valves for gas drier and gas stove. Great job clean fast and very proffessional staff. Would HIGHLY recommend to others and will only have these guys to work on all of my concerns.

My A/C Stopped working, I called my Installer whom couldn't come for 2 days? I then called Lounsbury. They came and fixed my problem. A very Honest reliable Company and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will definitely have them in to Service my furnace and A/C forever.
