Lady at the counter was very friendly and food is great as always. However, someone in the back kitchen sounded deathly ill, coughing and sneezing up a storm (it didn't sound like they were covering their mouth). Maybe they shouldn't have staff in the back very sick where food is being prepared?

I loved the dine in experience here amid the heat! Was nice and cool but not freezing. My meal was perfect eveytime and ill have you know that it was not only worth dining in at two separate occasions but also the server actually remembered who I was, I thought that was great service. To top it off, if you ever have a chance at pineapple crush soda, don't hesitate hahaha. Will definitely be going again and again. I almost wanna say it's a hidden gem. Meal times were served quick and fresh. Was not disappointed at all!!! 5 stars hands down!

Order from this place fairly often. It's usually very good and well packaged. I knocked off a star because they forget an order item sometimes. Often if I order 2 orders of chicken twists I only get 1 order of them. Probably confusing to some staff since 1 order consists of 2 chicken twists so 2 orders should be 4 twists total.

Don't order here unless you are willing to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Still waiting, said 8 minutes, 4 skip orders were filled, even though they came in after us, 3 customers served before we got our meal, so waiting. NOT IMPRESSED38 minutes.This was my first time getting food here, never ever again

They care more about skip the dishes. The customers that actually go into the store should get treated the same if not better. It's gone down hill.

Been calling for take out from this place for yearsToday I call and leave a 82$ order for take out as I have guests coming for the Super Bowl2 younger teenagers working boy & girlTells me 25-30 minWe show up to be told that we had be pay for the order before they can make it yet she didn’t bother saying that over the phone or offering payment over the phone !So our order wasn’t ready at all and she tells us we are a little busy so not sure on wait times!Where do you find staff that lacks so much common sense ?One way to have your business go down hill

Customer service was lacking. Understaffed, food took a while to get ready. Young kid at counter was not very enthusiastic, was very rude to a customer regarding a mistake in ordering.

Used skip the dishes. Got a $30 order. Long storey short. Quality at this store is pathetic. Cold food and was delivered in 21 min from ordering. Sandwich was ripped in half for whatever reason I’m from the east coast. The MBs there are far superior. I won’t be returning to this location until they can get their sh%# together. Pathetic

The service was great the food was okay and the restaurant was obviously in transition. The cost was a little high but not too bad but nothing special. Gonna go back when it’s finished to get a better impression.
