I have had the pleasure to work with Novero Homes over the years. They have helped turn my new condo into a space that truly fits my needs. My first experience was to outfit my closets with custom organizers. Most recently I had a consultation with Jill to update my entryway with a paint refresh. She immediately understood my style preferences and made recommendations I am 100% confident are going to look amazing. I look forward to working with Novero Homes again for my next project!

I used Novero for the renovation of the main floor of my house (kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, frontentranceway). They did an amazing job - I am so happy with how it turned out. The design assistance from Suzanne and Jillian was really helpful and important, the contractors were top notch, and the management of the project was professional with no surprises.I definitely recommend Novero and planning on using them on my next project.

Working with the Novero was an absolute dream. I am sure we have all heard the typical negative stereotypes about working with contractors, but the Novero team were none of these things. They were extremely responsive to all communications, always showed up on the days they said they would and on time, completed the project in the time frame which was originally provided to us, proactively reached out to us to let us know what would be happening when. The budget provided to us upfront was accurate so there were no unexpected financial surprises. Every team member that came into our home was respectful, clean, and lovely to chat with. The quality of the work was impeccable and our vision was brought to life beautifully. The commitment to quality and customer service is truly 10/10. We had a few minor damages expected with any renovation (ie. inevitable scuffs on the wall) and the Novero team made sure to clean and touch up any area of our home that wasn't absolutely perfect and in the condition they found it before they came. I cannot say enough good things. I would absolutely love to work with Novero again and am already dreaming of our future home projects. Thank you Novero!

I cannot say enough good things about Joele and his team. From start to finish everyone was professional, friendly and informative. We did a complete renovation of our townhouse and it now feels like a new home that is more beautiful than we could have imagined! From the beginning of the project, when we first had initial meetings, we knew right away we made the right choice with Novero. After researching many companies we chose Novero not just from the quality of the work we saw, but the professionalism in every detail including our first email to Novero. The team answered every question we had and truly worked with us, never felt pressured to design anything we didn’t want. We had a custom kitchen done through Novero and the end product is fabulous, we couldn’t be any more pleased. Besides the work that was done we truly appreciated the entire team, they all went out of their way to keep us updated on every aspect of the renovation. They would also call us to check in which was nice as it showed this company genuinely cared, not just about the work they were doing but cared in a sense to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. We were ready to tackle our first significant home reno project and naturally I was nervous about finding the right people to trust with our home and our money. We are the type of people who start our search at the Better Business Bureau and read every review we can find online before contacting anyone.I loved every step of the process with Novero. From my first inquiry email and phone calls with Erica (an absolute rock star as a first contact with the company), to the initial site measurements with Cody (so patient and friendly with my endless questions), to my design meetings with Jill (a style queen and a sweetheart all in one), to our project getting underway with our site manager, Matt (no question, request, text, or email was ever answered with anything less than a prompt, positive, friendly, can-do attitude), to every sub-contractor that was truly a pleasure to work with, and last but not least to Deanna, who was always smiling and ready to help at the design office when I would stop by.Novero has assembled an impressive team of people who are really good at their jobs. It's truly rare to work with a business that is so organized, professional, courteous, thorough, and patient with clients from beginning to end. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and can't wait to do more renovations to our house in the years ahead.Photos attached: They completely gutted and replaced one of our bathrooms. We used Novero Homes for the design and construction of our interior and exterior home renovations. It was a great experience to deal with one company who managed all aspects of a complex renovation. They incorporated our ideas with their experience in design and construction to create a beautiful living space we can share with our family and friends.
