I had a terrible experience in ther3. The staff is so rude and the customer service is the worst. I am so disappointed.Don't ever get things from that cheap store. Worst staff and even worst customer service. So disappointing.

I would give 0 if I could. The staff are kids that don't even know how to communicate with customers. I bought a purse, I paid for it and then without even exiting the store I told the cashier that I want to grab a pink one instead. She said it was final sale. It was 2 minutes after I paid. It is really none sense. Where is their policy even posted !!! Bad experience. Never go to thus store anywhere in Canada. Staff was so rude. Two girls, one was long blond hair and the other one had long curly black hair. (For the attention of the manager to follow with their staff)

They refused to return the defective product that didn't work from the first unboxing .I took a few different batteries with me so they could try that hair trimmer didn't work. Even they don't have any customer service number .If it was possible, I would give them zero!!!!!!

I liked this store, but when yesterday I bought this protective cover I opened it at home and saw that one part was broken and one part was missing. They didn’t accept to replace with another one. Her behaviour was so awful. They are not responsible for their products at all.

Don’t be fooled by the prices they have in store,make sure to check ur receipt,it was totally different charged for all the items i bought eg- eye mask was for 2 charged 3 then ramune drink 4 charged for 5..someone should complain to consumer court ..
