I have been seeing Natasha for years and have nothing but good things to say about her and her clinic. I always leave feeling better! Natasha is good about explaining what she is doing and making her clients comfortable. If you are new to massage or if you are a seasoned veteran, you will enjoy Strength and Balance massage. You can go next store and grab a beverage at Iconoclast when you are finished. The on-line booking system is so convenient.

Moved back from Toronto a few months ago and have been looking for a good massage therapist, so far i've seen four that I was not happy with (from different locations around the city centre). I've had two sessions with Jennifer Barnett at Strength and Balance and have really enjoyed the sessions. Much recommended.

As an RMT, sometimes it's hard to find a therapist that checks off all the boxes for a good treatment. I can say that I found that at Strength and Balance. I have seen both Joseph and Natasha and they are both amazing. I felt heard, looked after, and came out of those treatments brand new! Please consider S&B for your next massage treatment.

A comfortable and welcoming area. Love being able to book online. I've been going to Shannon for treatment for over two years now to work on a long standing injury. And she has done wonders for my headaches and tense neck/back muscles. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, offering suggestions for extra stretching and better movement until our next visit. Highly recommended!

I had an exhaustive search for a great therapist in Edmonton and was thrilled with this clinic immediately. Natasha is hands down the best therapist I have visited and I quickly became a regular visitor. She tailors every visit to what I'm feeling with ease.The clinic is very comfortable and relaxing. Location is extremely convenient and a must go to for everyone, especially anyone living near downtown. I have referred many friends who have become regulars. You will not be disappointed.

Gotta say, these guys are the worst for answering there phone!! besides that, I had a great experience there. Joseph was incredible and knew exactly how much pressure to use and where. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was parking lot is extremely small, and the clinic is in the same building as a gym and you could still hear the people working out! Overall it was a great experience and I will be booking again

I really enjoyed my massage from Natasha. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and she hit the sweet spot between relaxing and therapeutic massage. I was a little stiff that evening but the next day I felt fantastic.
