The person who answered said they weren't interested in taking jobs that weren't for insurance claims. Couldn't even get her to give a ballpark price. Asked for any suggestions of other companies who offer the same services, she had no suggestions.I understand that a company may be overloaded, but it is really frustrating when they advertise a service and then that service is completely unavailable. I have worked for a trades company that was sometimes at capacity and couldn't serve customers. When we couldn't help, we always had a list of similar service providers whose work we trusted so that we could recommend them to a customer.
