Fur Babies is such an amazing salon! The staff there are very kind. You can tell they really care about your dog and they know their stuff! Very professional and I feel totally safe leaving my fur baby in their hands. Any negative reviews are probably from owners who never brushed their dog and the dog had to be shaved down for its own well-being. Thank you for always treating Levi like he was one of your own dogs.

Melissa did a fabulous job grooming our goldendoodle. She took the time to ask questions up front so as to avoid any disappointment or mismatch in expectations. Her attention to detail uncovered a few small area's of concern that were all discussed with me upon pickup. Further she called me after I had left when she remembered something she wanted to tell me. Compared to other places I've been this was the most thorough groom which also included cleaning his ears, underside and between the toes.

I have been taking my dog here for grooming for well over 5 years and it’s always been a positive experience! The staff are very friendly and caring. Although my dog hates when I drop him off, he’s always super happy when I come pick him up, and loves showing off his new hair cut! I am always satisfied with their work.

Great place to have your dog groomed. They are very professional and take good care of your pets like they are part of the family. Every time Maggie gets groomed people stop me and ask me who groomed my dog because she looks amazing. Great job guys..shout out to Shawna and Monika.

Updated review: picked up my dog - SHE LOOKED SO CUTE. They did an amazing job.Owner was present and apologized for the mistake. Will definitely bring my dog back, but won’t change my review until my second visit & see how they organize everything then. Happy with the cut, happy the owner apologized - but still ruined my morning and was very flustered at the entire experience from the start.Unfriendly, unprofessional & disrespectful.Brought my puppy here this morning for a cut. And though I have left her there, I am almost feeling badly and guilty for it.I called in yesterday to book my puppy’s first cut (which btw is super exciting for any dog owner) and they made it so bitter and made ME feel like an interruption to their schedule, when in fact they have made an error (which they still didn’t agree to). I called in on Wednesday at 9:25am, spoke with a lady for almost 5 minutes, she told me to call them when I arrive, they will come get the puppy. She said bring the vaccine papers and also there will be forms to sign. I agreed, and she booked me in for today at 815am (she gave me two options: 815 & 930 - and I scheduled my entire day for the 815 appointment).When I arrived, I was told there is no appointment. I showed them my phone, told them - look I spoke with someone at this time. To which she responded - must have been my boss, not me. And she’s not here. ( OKAY SO?). She could have called her boss instantly and verified because I’m sure with the amount of details I provided she’d have remembered.Instead, she kept me waiting outside, came back and said, we can keep her here till 1pm. Why in the world would I leave my puppy there for 5 hours! I had other things lined up for the day, so this just threw me of my feet. They went back in - and said - your not here so We can’t do it. I told her, this is a pretty bad impression and they should call the owner before making this decision. They called the owner, she told them to give the puppy a cut and that it MIGHT be a mistake (as if I’m a friggin liar).I’m hoping by the way this whole thing went down, that they treat my puppy good - because if they can’t even respect the owners not sure how they will treat my dog in there.

never send your dog here. they clipped him so far down that he now has bald patches on his skin. they clipped around his private area aswell. no refund, no store credit nothing. after injuring my dog i will never recommend this place to anyone.
