Coming here for a car inpsection. Get a failed report says the brake needs to be replaced. Bring in to the dealship and pass the inspection without any problem. Something shady is going on here.

Absolutely fantastic repair shop. Andrew really knows his stuff, and goes out of his way to make informed suggestions and provide good advice and feedback when needed. His work is fast, affordable, and high quality. He is very honest with his customers, and always explains what needs to be done to ensure your ride stays operational. I won't be going to any other mechanics, Andrew is the only one I need!

Wow, all I did was call this business for the first time to book an appointment at 5:56pm, once I finished work. Didn't realize they were closed, no one answered as expected and completely understandable. Someone called me back from a random number, so I figured he's calling to take an appointment or ask what I'm looking for (otherwise why are you calling back....). Ended up lecturing me about ALL(?) businesses being closed at 5:30pm. Completely unprofessional, and also texted me a rude response following the phone call. If I could screenshot it and show it here, I would. WHY ARE YOU CALLING BACK IF YOU'RE CLOSED!? Wait until your opening hours, and I would've called back. The posts here about lacking customer service are completely on point. Wouldn't trust this place from that first phone call experience. This guy needs a professionalism course. Can't believe he's still in business.Update: look at that, got my car booked for a car service with someone that's open until 7pm, that knows how to treat customers with professionalism. Shows how much this guy knows (ALL business close at 5:30pm!? LOL)

Rude, I asked for a quote for a oil change then proceeds to tell me to do it myself. Other shops provide the service and whoever you are need to watch the way you talk to people.

Honest, fair, quality, qualified and quick....I wouldn't let any other tech pull wrenches on our vehicles, Andrew is what every technician in the automotive industry should roll model themselves after instead of being one of those technicians going after your pocket book.

Good mechanic, bad temper issues, if you get him on a good day it might be fine to drop your car here, otherwise if he rages out expect half the stuff you needed done to be skipped over, doesn't screw you on price though

Today I got front and rear brakes done. Air filter and oil change plus other items that were dealt with... topping up my anti freeze, tightening belts and filling the windshield fluid. I can honestly say I was completely impressed with the service, professionalism and help Andrew (owner) gave me. I was referred to him by a friend who takes her vehicle there. The price was very fair as well. Thank you Precise Automotive and I will refer all my friends to you.

This shop is run by the owner... I've been here with several vehicles. As well as friends and now my work sends trucks there... He does great work at a great price.. I highly recommend giving him a try

Great mechanic, I asked for a quote and he gave me one, also went over and did a full inspection at a great price. He was honest, up front and friendly. I felt confident and comfortable taking my car here, and had heard from friends what positive experiences they had. I definitely will be back...just hopefully not to soon ha and I would highly recommend the place.

Got me in with no notice. Checked out my car - quoted me a price that was below what I thought I'd pay. Had my brakes and rotors replaced within an hour. My best experience with a mechanic in the 10 years I've lived in greater Vancouver. Highly recommend this business.
