The dog was station is clean and well kept. It has everything needed for a do it yourself dog bath.The staff was very nice.Good selection of food and treats.

Usually an inviting experience however my last visit will likely be my last visit (to this location). Have been using the Petvalu Dogwash for a few years throughout the provinces. I brought my dog a few days ago for his bath, as usual I ask if tubs are available and both staff look at eachother in silence, rather than a yes or a no I get “ I just got it tidy back there” the staff just looked at eachother with the look of near disgust on their faces. Unfortunately this is a part of the job and neither of the staff members seemed eager. I was immediately turned off by their very unwelcoming reactions and I turned around to exit the store, as I’m halfway out the door the begin to say “no it’s fine you can come in”. I’ll pass thanks.

We were purchasing seeds for the buggie bird. Young lady at the counter as if she could help us as soon as we walked in, she took us to the bird feed area, gave suggestions, answered all questions and gave us advice. Totally awesome service.

Had a great experience there! Went to get our dog a bath, the staff were absolutely Fantastic! And the facilities for animal baths are Unlike I have ever found!as well as lots of treats to choose from after the bath!We will definitely be back!

I get my wet dog food from pet valu. Also got a cat tree from there. The staff is very friendly . I would recommend this place

Great place to wash your dog! My husky got bathed and it made a difficult chire much, much easier, plus the staff are totally AWESOME!!!
