This company is fantastic. They go above and beyond to help their customers and show compassion for whatever the customers situation may be. I recommend them to all of my customers in bankruptcy, consumer proposal and credit counseling. They truly listen to the customer and look at each story as an individual, your customers are never just a number to them. Being able to offer a client who has poor credit or rebuilding credit a low interest of 11.9% is phenomenal! Thank you TranCan for the amazing opportunity you provide to my customers.

This company's lease finance program is great! Low interest rate for bad credit situations and they don't write their lease deals like a traditional lease company, meaning that the residual buy out is reasonable and not 1/2 the original price of the vehicle, so it is possible to buy out with out the stress! Also they had been flexible with me when I wanted to make larger payments toward the end of my lease term. If I ever lease again, I will go back to Transcan Leasing!

I ended up having to take my lease back due to unforeseen circumstances! I was told by the insurance department my insurance would be canceled, and it was not. My insurance is still active and a payment bounced in my bank account for a vehicle I do not have. I sent a email in about it and no reply. So I called today and no one seemedTo know anything, and the woman on the phone told me to call back to talk to Brandon who- is dealing with BC insurance. Well now I have a default on my insurance, and I am pretty upset. Communication seems to be lacking with this company. And it’s bad business practice.

Trenton ( my leasing agent ) was amazing to deal with from start to finish!They break down in layman’s terms of what is happening every step of your lease process.I have already recommended their services to friends that admire my new ride. If your looking to lease a vehicle for any reason this is the ONLY place you should be looking. I know I will be using them again when my current lease is up.

Transcan Leasing helped me out when I needed it. I was able to get a very good interest rate for having poor credit. They were able to get me low payments I could afford on a nice car. Paying out the lease was quick and easy and I was even able to get another loan after a year to upgrade.

I dealt with this company for several years leasing a Hyundai Tucson. I have to tell you that they have been the best financing company that I have ever worked with. So many things went on in life during the time that I had this vehicle and rather than treating you like you’re just a number they treat you like an actual human being and help in anyway that they can ! I would recommend this company to anybody looking to lease, they work with you with whatever credit you start with and help you to build your credit. I would like to thank trans Canada leasing for my wonderful experience, anybody that I know is looking for a vehicle I’m always mentioning these guys and if I ever need to lease again I would definitely be leasing with them!

Had to go through a bankruptcy because of a divorce and these people helped me so much. Then after the loan was done they got me into something else. And I’m in a different province and still was faster and easier then going to a dealership here.Thanks guys!

Want to know about Transcan leasing? READ this first.Recently Transcan Leasing hired area managers to promote their deep sub prime lending capabilities. As a dealership in business over 10 years specializing bad credit car loans we are always actively pursing alternative lenders to compete for our customers business or provide lending where other lenders won't.Recently we sent Transcan 3 customers. Through Transcan's pre-approval/screening process. We must provide bank statements, credit applications and budget statements. On the last 3 customers we sent for approvals Anne and Stacey required numerous details, paper work and additional information not typically required to secure a pre-approval.This process continued over 4 days since what was normally considered a full package had been sent in to underwriting. Back and fourth with 3 customers continually cooperating with the requests from Transcan diligently.To further the issues through out this process Anne and Stacey had contacted each customers to assure them they are approved and they are waiting to determine a monthly payment call. Then emailed us and told us these customers were declined.Upon receiving this email after Transcan's regular business hours we contacted our rep. We explained to her how frustrated our customers probably are right now. ( Imagine being told by the lender directly you are approved, we need some time to determine what monthly payment you can afford, sending them every little piece of personal information they requested from you in a very timely fashion then having the dealer tell you otherwise.)We then went on to explain to them how the geographical area we service mostly is a small tight-knitt community and that 95% percent of our business is based on old-school word mouth and referrals. In this situation specifically we have indirectly strung along a customer of ours. Completely wasted his time and lied to him. Every single reason why someone would not want to do business with us. Probably the worst part ever of applying for a car loan with bad credit. Uncertain what to expect, uncertain if you will be able to afford the payment, the disappointment of being declined and the list continues... Worst yet getting your hopes up, being told you are approved just to be insulted.This is not how we do business. This is not how we treat our customers regardless of their credit worthiness. Transcan cost us a dent in our reputation, they cost us potentially 3 fully cooperating customers.
