Went in yesterday to inquire about a new phone and plan. Tyler helped me and was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he save me a pile of money with a better plan, but it reminded me why I’ve been with the company so long and especially why I prefer coming into the store for service. Kind people and they offered great service. Tyler got me a good price for a phone plan. I am hesitant to be happy with the price because I have had good deals changed on me before before by Rogers, but I have a feeling this will work out well.

Never fun redoing the admin tasks in a new country but it couldn’t have been a better experience than what we had with Tyler, he is awesome and did great by us and would recommend highly! Also Tyler if you read this try the Beaver tails they were good!

Sent my elderly mom to get a new pay as you go plan (as I live abroad) and they were very nice and helpful to her. Her phone worked immediately with a new number and she is happy to stay in contact with the family. Thanks Telus staff!

I thought I lost my phone, and I walked into the store all frantic. I was welcomed by Emily & Ziu. Emily was extremely patient with me, she did everything she could to ensure that I got the best deal. Although, I ended up finding my phone, the customer service I received was exceptional. After having my phone stolen, Murray’s exemplary customer service turned my bad day to an unforgettable experience! He’s very knowledgeable, accommodating and reassuring voice made the whole transaction for me simple (even being awake for more than 24hrs) and fun. He even went an extra mile in helping me setup my new phone and calling the company to block my old phone. One of the best sales agent I’ve met!
