I had insurance with Belair Direct for over 11 years car and house and 11 years of Life insurance with State farm. I went to both companies to help merge all my policies in one but found that they were going to charge me to much or not even give me the proper coverage. I'v Just bought a house and adding a few kids to the family and bought a new car. We were looking for a company that is an all in one provider that wont try to screw us. We'll don't look any farther. Andrew and Mike will have you covered. I have all my avenues covered now and paying a great fair price. Talking to Andrew and Mike is like family. There very quick to contact us to make sure everything is going smoothly. Very easy to talk to and understand live and its challenges. I know we can sleep at night now and not worry if we are not covered for something. Car/House/Life/Daycare all in one : ) Thanks Andrew and Mike

Good customer service

Very rude and unprofessional behavior from an employee at the Ottawa Montreal rd location around 12:30pm Nov 17,2021. Don't know her name but she is a Caucasian woman with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes in mid 40s. My grandfather and i were treated as if we were not welcomed in the office. After saying I wanted insurance on my vehicle asap she asked me why I wanted insurence right away instead of telling me yes that is possible giving the impression that it was weird that I needed insurence on a vehicle I just bought. She also gave me the impression that she didn't want me there and didn't want to sell insurence to me. She rudely told my 86 year old grandfather to get out because he forgot his vaccine paper at home. I told her that I was very uncomfortable by the way I was being treated and she just responded with a very happy sarcastic OKAY! And my grandfather and i walked out and went with a different company. That women should be replaced because you are losing business due to her bad attitude towards your customers

Nice people. Great customer service. They are making best quote and when you are about to buy insurance, price will be more reliable and satisfactory. I made deal with them for my car insurance and they gave me best price with included my all requirements. Thanks for best deal and customer service.
