Tried these for the first time this weekend when visiting Creemore --- we picked up a few things ---mini raspberry pie, pecan tarts and traditional butter tarts ........AMAZING...... great flaky pastry shell filled with a rich buttery caramel center... They are a perfect sweet indulgence. The raspberry pie was a treat for my cousin who was working late... she said forget cooking dinner... this is the perfect meal for me -- thanks again Jennifer -- keep up the great work Linda and Bob --- aka Wild and Tame Blueberries LOL

I don’t live in southern Ontario any more so when I do visit I make sure to seek out Happy Hen every time. The tarts are incredible and a must try and a great gift, as well, for a family feast their pies will be the star of the evening.
