Dan is an amazing owner ! The staff are friendly and superb as well ! I’ve been going to this place for years because my dog is addicted to the natural dog treats they supply ! Plus they always have deals with it ! Highly, highly recommend!

Had a lovely experience at Petcetera earlier today! I came in to browse around and I had a good chat with Dan about pugs as he recommended a few different products that are great for the breed. Needless to say our pug loved his new toy hedgehog. :) I’ll definitely be coming back!

Dan (the owner) worked with me a few years back to find the right for my dogs allergy problems. My dog is now off all steroids and medication from the vet and his skin has never been in better condition.Dan has recently supported me to find the right food for my picky kitten who hasn’t been well. He genuinely seems to care about her health.In less then two weeks she is eating more, digestive health is better and she sure appears happier.Thank you for you support Dan.

Let me tell you!! This is the BEST store for your pets. Before I met Dan my kitten was in and out of the vets for indigestion. A vet was even recommending surgery… I just didn’t feel that was right. Tried everything on the market but he was still getting sick after he ate. Dan recommended wet pumpkin and chicken canned food and VOILA! So clean. So good for his stomach. Even increased the health of my older cat. You can ONLY get it from Petcetera! I get non carcinogenic tofu flushable litter from there as well. With my long hair kitten that was a game changer and I know I’m keeping us healthier. He is so knowledgeable. Every time I have anything going on with my cats or dog, I come by the shop. He takes on an holistic approach it’s been working wonders. I feel as though I was lost before him. Thank you so much Petcetera and Dan for everything. I appreciate and love you!

I love this place I can find both cat and dog food at better price than most specialty stores, and the staff are just amazing. The owner of store is knowledgeable and always willing to answers all my questions. Unfortunately they no longer carry kiwi product but they said their will be a replacement product soon, the alternate he recommended so far had been working great for my cats

Dan Urbani the owner is so amazing! Our doggo Mowgli had allergies since he was a pup. Our vet never picked up on it. Dan helped us choose the right products for our dog. And is so much healthier and happier!

I have a two year old rambunctious cat that destroys toys like no tomorrow so when I saw a new Pet store I decided to check it out. I found some all natural freeze dried treats that were on sale for 5.99 buy one get one as well as a stick toy for 2.99. I bought both and came home to play with my cat when the feathers at the end of the stick toy came off after he sunk his teeth into the toy and pulled but I ended up tying the treat to the end which he enjoyed! He didn't finish the treat fully however but I'll try again tomorrow. They seemed to have a good collection of things but only for dogs and cats but today was their grand opening (Congratulations) so this may be too premature!

Extremely disappointed in the service. I bought a pair of boots for my dog for the snow and was told I could exchange them if they did not fit. I went in the next day to exchange for smaller size and the woman refused to take them as she said they were so dirty she could not re sell. The boots did not go outside, I only tried them on my dog before realizing they were too big. Super frustrating. I took photos of bottoms of boots that they rejected and will include.
