I, and my family, are overwhelmed by the support provided by the management team and staff of The Windsor Retirement Residence. Even through some somewhat trying times, staff were, for the most part, professional, compassionate and supportive. We are very appreciative of that support. If you had known my mother when she was well, she would also have advised you of her appreciation, not only of the care provided, but also the atmosphere of The Windsor and the quality and beauty of the surroundings.

My Mother just spent six weeks in the Bayshore section of The Windsor Retirement Residence. The staff were friendly, food excellent and the care exceptional. Loved the pictures from around the world" in the hallways. Each walk to the dining-room was a new adventure when you could view the lovely pictures. Great place to recuperate!"

I Visited the Windsor recently. I am determent to move into this place when I am ready.I was very impressed with the setup and the designs and the luxury that this retirement home offers to its residents.Even the price was not as high as I expected.Thank you for a very informative tour that your helpful staff gave me.

I am presently at the Windsor doing rehab for a leg injury and am thoroughly impressed with the facility. The meals are excellent with a great variety and lots of food.the staff are very friendly and willing to give you an alternative if you have a special request.

If you want job security do not work there!! I myself and every person I know that has worked there never lasted more then 3 or 4 months. The turnover rate is insane there. Doesn’t matter how good of a worker you are if the owner doesn’t like you personally kiss your job goodbye. Other employers I’ve been to actually warned people who had interviews there because it’s so bad they have created a bad reputation for firing people left right and centre. Also Nobel most unprofessional person I ever worked with fired me with a smile on his face

I recently spent sixteen days in convalescent care at the Windsor. The Windsor staff were all very friendly and nice and aimed to please no matter the concern. All staff are really hard workers from morning to night. The food in the dining room was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. The chefs out did themselves everyday. I hope this excellent service continues at the Windsor Retirement as you continue to grow. :)

The Windsor Retirement Residence
Had a family member live here for almost 4 years. Finally had to make a change, as new management continues the trend of previous management of cutting costs, resulting in decreased food quality, low stqff morale. So many staff have come and gone over the last four years, and all the good ones were often fired. Just ask how long any current staff has been there. So many better options. Avoid the Windsor and save yourself a headache and disappointment.
