Hate to say...but a terrible experience. (And I'm normally a positive person). I wont be going back.

A warm and inviting atmosphere with excellent hair stylists. Myself and my two sons (2y/o and 4y/o) have been coming here for a while now and have been nothing but impressed with the attention to detail and overall experience. The girls there are so nice - my sons actually enjoy going, especially when they get to pick out something from the toy chest when they're done. Highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Eva is the only one I trust to color and cut my hair. She always does an amazing job and takes her time to make sure you’re happy with the end result. I will happily drive from an hour away just to go to her salon. Do not hesitate to book an appointment - you’ll receive a professional and friendly service and won’t be disappointed!

Eva is an amazing hair stylist, and has been doing doing my highlights and cutting my hair for 5+ years. I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair and would never go else where - I'm super picky about my hair!! I have lived in Stoney creek for over 10 years now and have tried other salons, and all I can say is she's definitely the best. She's also super friendly and very professional!

Eva is absolutely amazing soo friendly and the salon is welcoming. She does a fantastic job with my hair and the prices are very reasonable. She always fits in last mintue appointments. I wouldn't go anywhere else hands down couture hair design!!!!!

It's taken me a very long time to write this review. I have never been so embarrassed in my life! I booked online, confirmed booking via e-mail for my haircut and a trim for my daughter. Received another confirmation e-mail day of for my 6pm appointment. I showed up at 5:55, my 4 year old very excited to get her hair done.We were instantly ambushed by the only person working, Maggie. I let her know we had an appointment. She cut me off and said I did not have an appointment. She said she had no time for me and proceeded to show me her phone, with her day's schedule. I could see my daughters name as well as mine under 6pm. She pointed at the lady in a chair and said that she will take 4 hours and came in at 5. Then asked me if I could do math, because it would be impossible for her to cut mine or my daughters hair with someone already here (who was clearly sitting with colour in her hair) I would have accepted her doing my daughters hair as it was a quick trim. But she offered no apology or solution. She just kept shouting she didn't have time. My daughter was terrified and started backing up to the door. Maggie was beyond rude, even the lady that was already with her looked stunned by her behaviour. She just kept yelling at me. My daughter and I left, I half expected her to follow me outside with the way she was behaving. My poor daughter was shaking and asked to never go back.Luckily, we called another salon and told them what happened and they took us right away. That right there is service! They also discounted my daughter and I for our cuts.I did e-mail the owner of Couture Hair Design, she was quick to respond and say it was 100% their fault. She didn't know what happened. If it was their fault for booking incorrectly, why did I get yelled at, non stop, in front of my daughter? I was offered a free service for myself and my daughter, but why would I go back there? What if I went and got yelled at again? Every time we drive by, my daughter points out that's where they yell at you."I just wanted to share my awful experience. I am an understanding person

I have been to many different hair dressers and since my first visit at Couture Hair Design I've had no need to try another. My hair has never felt and looked this good before. Eva and Nina are professional and friendly and always make you feel welcome and special.

Hair cut and colour. The best I ever had. Git a lot of compliments for both the cut and the colour. In addition to professionalism, she is very friendly.Will go back for sure.

I had my haircut by Eva this evening. She did a great job, I love my new haircut. She is very friendly and nice to chat with. I will definitely be back!

Eva, is simply the Best.My daughters love what she does and they won't let anyone else touch their hair after meeting her. Great prices, professional, warm atmosphere and extremely friendly. Appointments are always on time, I've never had to wait. We drive over an hour to see Eva, and we have NEVER been disappointed. I've been taking my girls here for nine years and I highly recommend Eva. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
