Nicole is EXCELLENT. I wasn't sure I needed a day of coordinator because my large wedding was at a high end hotel who had a coordinator but I am so glad I hired her! The hotel was on point with their end of the bargain and Nicole made my personal wedding touches and timeline shine.I'm a type A personality who is super organized and Nicole was one step ahead of me during the entire wedding process! After each meeting I was happier and more comfortable about the big event. Nicole is on time, organized, ready to help, logical, completely understands wedding day and hotel logistics inside and out. She made my wedding day run on time, with action points executed perfectly. She went above and beyond to meet close to my home instead of me having to drive to her. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, like I was, you don't have to look any further. I would tell my best friends and family to hire Nicole!I was recently a bridesmaid at another high budget wedding that didn't have a day of coordinator and there was a big difference in the flow and ease of the day. I would never think of running a wedding and being the bride at the same time.

Nicole is absolutely amazing! She helped us plan our wedding from across the world when we needed her the most. It turned out even better than we could have imagined. She thinks about the little things and helps you troubleshoot everything. Would 100% work with her again :)

Nicole was nothing short of amazing! We did a complete wedding planning package with Nicole and I don't know what I would've done without her. We started working on the wedding with Nicole a year prior to the date. We lived out east at the time so she took care of everything for us! Her planning and organization made me feel at ease when I felt overwhelmed with everything. She has great relationships with all of our local vendors so it made things a lot easier. Nicole managed to take exactly what I was thinking and bring it to life in her design. Our wedding wasn't easy, there were a lot of moving parts to it. It was a puzzle and she put it all together! We hired Nicole as our Day Of Coordinator, and omg she is the best coordinator/planner ever! She connected with us a month beforehand to get all the wedding information needed, and she has put so much effort to contact every vendor of ours to make sure everything is running smoothly, AND IT DID! We hired Nicole as our “day of” coordinator for our wedding this past August, and it was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process! When crunch time rolled around, she took over the communication with our other vendors and made sure everything was accounted for. She made sure everyone knew the plan and kept everyone organized, us included. On our wedding day, she took the reigns and made any last minute decisions while also keeping up updated on changes. The weather took quite the turn just when our ceremony was to begin, but Nicole was able to keep us as calm as possible and make the decisions that needed to be made. Madison was our month of/day of wedding coordinator, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart: we COULD NOT have done it without her. As a DIY budget bride, hiring Madison was 100% the best investment we could have made. She was communicative, understanding, professional, and unbelievably kind. She set up/tore down our venue, made sure everything went according to plan, and put out all the little fires that happened along the way with ease. To anyone who is going back and forth about hiring a coordinator vs doing it yourself.. it is beyond worth it. We highly recommend Madison; she really does make your day dreamy and stress free.
