The Sheltering Tree Child and Family Services

This organization is everything we should stand against in the foster system. The goal should always be to reunite these children with family when there is family that is fit to care for the children and want those children in thier lives. The sheltering tree does the opposite of that. Their mission statement is empty words with no action to match. The children are nothing but a pay check to these people and it is very sad.They use manipulation and lies to turn the children against thier real families in order to keep them in their grip. In this day and age we should not have first nations children being raised by white families when there is loving, caring, and nurturing blood relatives fighting to have them in thier lives. It's disappointing and the sheltering tree and the government need to do better and they need to be better.If I could give zero stars thats what I would do. Unfortunately I had to give one to be able to write this review
