My family and I had gone to this location on Mother’s Day to look around. While we waited for my mom to do her shopping my dad and my sisters were looking at outdoor patio because we were interested in buying some for our backyard for the summer so we sat on a couple of the patio chairs to test it out and we were just enjoying ourselves saying how nice the furniture was. They had hats on the table and so we tired a couple while we waited. Then this lady rushes over and hovers and asks if we’re done. We got up and left to go check out patio umbrellas. My dad was interested in a couple of them and wanted to see how they worked so he cracked the lever, safely and slowly, not causing an hard to anyone or anything, just genuinely wanted to see how it would open, and this same lady RUNS over and tells us we can’t be touching things? We could see her watching us everywhere we would go shop and we felt so uncomfortable and it ruined our entire shopping experience. Felt like we were being racially profiled and we were being watched. We weren’t doing anything suspicious, we genuinely wanted to shop. My family and I left feeling so unhappy with our entire experience, I don’t recommend going there and I don’t think we’ll be back. The lady had dark complexion and a pony tail in braids. Horrible horrible experience. Ruined my mom’s Mother’s Day shopping experience as well as ours.

Always enjoy the occasional shopping trip to Winners. This is a spacious store with plenty of parking. Dog-Friendly, too!

Very spacious store with good variety of things. From clothes to beauty item you will surely find something to buy. Employees are helpful and store is well maintained :)

Great place to shop both Winners and Home Sense together. Always have good furniture selection. Parking lot is huge so you never need to worry about parking. Also, this place is dog friendly.

Shout out to the home sense team! We bought a sofa here and from start to finish staff were friendly and very helpful. They help me load the sofa into my truck as well! Can't say enough good things about this location! Great job!

Winners 5771 Marine way, Burnaby is my favourite store. Not only is the store specious with lots of beautiful selection with good prices but the workers are so nice as well especially Raj. She’s very helpful all the time and is great with customers.

Lots of floor space, but didn't have lots of selection during my visit. They clustered the items together tightly and made the aisles between the shelves rather narrow. I felt rather cramped amongst the other shoppers.

I grew up with this location being my go to spot until I saw a video yesterday online of the staff damaging a cars inside against the customers will then yelling and screaming at her. Honestly made me feel very deceived that the staff can be this aggressive towards a customer who in the video seems very calm and understanding. I personally always had a great experience but after seeing this video and the way the managers handled the situation via email makes me not want to ever go to this location again which is disappointing

The employees in the change room area don’t take anything seriously and act like it’s a playground. An Indian girl in the change room was laughing at me when I left the change room area for no reason at all. The place is a mess, sizes all over the place, trash on the floor. I don’t know how this place is still running. I’m used to other locations that are much cleaner and friendlier I guess!
