The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The delivery was prompt and the customer service was extremely friendly. Overall, I highly recommend sixteen oz for anyone in need of a quick, delicious meal delivered right to their doorstep.

Great experience with Sixteen Ounce. The menu changes weekly and provides a good array of food. They were able to accommodate my allergies and food intolerances, while providing a good variety of food selections including meats, fish and veggies. I highly recommend Sixteen Ounce if you are looking for a great meal plan.

This is one of the best experience with meal prepping. The ingredients are so fresh, and its so easy to navigate when it comes to ordering what I prefer. From everything you'd want to avoid, to filling your body with fuel. This is the best place to order.

Would not recommend the vegan plan. Couple meals were extremely salty and some meals had no protein (tofu, lentils or chickpeas).That is incorrect. I asked the your associate to sub the tempeh for chicken, as I was re-introducing meat into my diet. At no point did I ask for all vegan “meat” options to be removed. Your site indicates that there are a few non meat options and I was only given tofu for a couple meals as a plant-based option. A few meals had no vegan protein source. Once again I did not ask for vegan “meats” to be removed , but for tempeh to be swapped out for chicken.I also believe it was inappropriate for your manager to call me and be nasty to me for giving you a 2-star review. I had a bad experience and that’s that. No need to call and shame the customer.

Living alone, and being disabled in a wheelchair, I need to order literally all my meals, so I’ve become pretty familiar with what’s offered from various companies… As far as taste goes, these meals are great and the service has been very good. -my concern is with this serving size… I have to augment a lot of the meals with whatever might be in my fridge to avoid going to bed hungry. so that can represent a lot of work for me. For others, it might be less of an issue. Overall, I think the quality of the food is good but there’s often not enough to call it a meal. (btw, I am not what you would call a ‘big’ eater… I don’t have a huge appetite)

Good variety. Food quality is on par of what you expect for the macro meals. Taste is very good for a healthy meal if you're watching weight and macros. I'd highly recommend Cindy and her team for providing me the service.

Delicious food for delicious people!As someone who’s always on the go, this meal prep service hits all the dietary plans I need. As a fitness enthusiast, it’s the perfect amount of protein, carbs and portion size to always keep me going. Conveniently packed, and doesn’t get thrown around in the box when I’m travelling from place to place (which I found a huge problem with a lot of meal prep services).

I bought the 12 pack Macro meal plan. The dishes are made with very fresh ingredients. It’s deliciously flavorful, well packaged and delivered right to your door. They’re very conscious of food allergies as well.I would definitely recommend trying them if you don’t have time to cook and go grocery shopping. Thank you so much. I will definitely try more of your amazing dishes.

WOW I’ve tried so many different meal delivery services and sixteen ounce nails it when it comes to taste, portion sizes, variety and convenience. I asked for “extra sauce” and they made it extra saucy for me proving that they treat every individual order with love and care. The meals literally look and taste like art! Will definitely order from them again :)

As a new mom, this service has been amazing. My husband and I no longer spend time thinking of what to cook or order. There is always healthy and delicious food ready to eat. The quality and variety of food is great and I appreciate having different meal plans to accommodate our preferences each week. All this to say, we're addicted to sixteen ounces!
