We use Matthews Home Inspections for rental properties in the Three Rivers, Michigan area. The inspector, Nathan, is very professional and knowledgeable. He goes over any issues he finds so you are clear on what might need to be repaired before or after you buy the property. He caught some electrical grounding issues that were critical to get addressed before being approved for rental through the city, which saved us money in the long run. We also appreciated that he actually got up on the roof and looked at it up close in many areas to determine the exact condition. Other inspectors we've used have just observed the roof from the ground. We'll continue to use Matthews for our investment property needs!
