Outstanding Jerk, rice & peas, and patties! Took us right back to Jamaica! First time eating here, and definitely won't be the last.

Went in and tried the spicy beef patties and it was amazing! The flavours were spot on, it was nice and flaky and it was just the right amount if spice. The ladies at the front were super sweet and were excited for us to try the patties, I cant wait to try the other foods looking forward to the oxtail and the jerk chicken.

Visited recently for takeout and wasn't disappointed. Jerk chicken was full of flavor and had just the right amount of heat. Rice and peas on the side were also delicious and full of flavor. Shop is full of jamaican ingredients, snacks and drinks. Also noticed they had scotch bonnets in the cooler which are hard to find at local grocery stores.

Flavourful, nice atmosphere & very friendly! I came in here because I wanted to try a new dish and I was pleasantly satisfied with the delicious jerk chicken and spicy beef Jamaican patties! The woman working was extremely nice and had great conversation, the prices were very reasonable for the portions you get and there are lots of other goodies for sale, spices, sauces, canned goods. Definitely will be returning. Absolutely delightful experience!

Got the large curried goat, which was very tasty but it cost $27... was not impressed with the portion size at all which is the reason for the low review (see picture for container size) Also got a beef patty which was $3.25... inflation is really hitting this place hard cause food prices here are way too high..

It’s really pleasant to find a place that’s welcoming and comfortable and warms your soul, the food tastes like mom used to make back on the island, flavourful and made with love, the seasoning perfect, savoury and delicious, you can’t go wrong getting a meal here even their patties are Tinnel’s Jamaican patties the same ones you’d buy on the beach in Jamaica! Incredible plus you have the added bonus of being able to stock up on all of the supplies you need to do your Caribbean cooking at home! Wonderful place worth a stop! Stop buy have a Ting a patty and coco bread! It’s Delicious snack! Stay for the wonderful ambience provided by the gracious hosts, probably one of Calgary’s best little secrets!

The food was amazing, also a nice small selection of island favorites. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had the soup and dumplings and it was so delicious, like a home cooked meal. Picked up some of their house Scotch bonnet sauce and jerk marinade and they are so yummy. Check it out if you are craving some island favorites.

I think it's called Belly Full now. Once you walk in you are hit with the most amazing smells of curry and delicious food! I was blown away by the Oxtail! Now I need to try the jerk chicken, patties and roti!
