Maintenance is non responsive, unprofessional and rude. We have mold honour bathroom and a leak from our tub and not even a response for a date to fix, after we brought it to their attention 6 months ago

I loved that location. Winter plowing was a problem, but the neighbors were very nice about helping out in a pinch. A good area for walking and running. Always felt safe at that location.

Love this place.i have been here for more than twenty years,as far as I know my experience with maintenance is perfect.everything I ask for ,I got it, plus even more.you have to be a good tennent.i do the best I can to keep my place clean.and you have to do your part.it works both ways.if god willing.ill stay here forever.only bad thing is the neighbors you get close to you,at the moment it's the worst one,an horder,it seems,a never ending supply of garbage.
