I confirmed an appointment for viewing available options. The person I was supposed to see was not in the office. I was told by a gentleman in office (who was very helpful) that there is no record of my appointment in their system.

We bought our pre-owned vehicle remotely through Capital Auto Center and are very happy with the service they provided. Rob was a delight to deal with, as were the rest of the team, and was very responsive, including helping us out outside his regular time zone. Very happy to have worked with them and would highly recommend!

Just got my truck from Capital Auto, and I dealt with Rob. Rob was great, helped me pick out the right one and had answers to all my questions. He was always available to respond to my texts even when he’s not working or late. Will absolutely recommend this man to anyone looking for a vehicle for a good price.

Walked in hoping to secure a Kia and found out it was just sold, but Rob didn’t let me leave with my hopes down and managed to secure me a nice Chevrolet that was just coming in the lot! They went through all the details on my first purchase and was very communicative and quick to respond to my messages! Car was cleaned and serviced, ready in less than a week. Brought my car 16th of May for 2 things;1st to fix my door that was damaged by strong wind until now they’re still waiting for the part that they said was back ordered.2nd thing is to fix what ever was making a sound from the front of the car which they said both wheel bearing needs to be replaced. At the of the day they returned my car but they broke the sensor, which they charged me with the replacement. On top of that, you could see all the dashboard warning lights. The mechanic said it’s safe to drive it even with the warning lights are on and bring the car back anytime cause they have to redo the wheel bearing to put an OEM. I mentioned that I’ll bring it back on Friday but when I called their receptionist for services that day she said no one could attend it to be fixed. Contacted their client service advisor if he could help, so he scheduled me for June 9 and was moved to June 8. I thought after that there will be no problem, but they still managed to messed up something with my brake. Not to mention when my sister picked up the car the interior was really messy full of grease.I paid them the amount they asked, so I was expecting a quality repair. I tolerated some of their mistakes and expected them to fixed it but it’s just disappointment.

I recently purchased a used car from Capital Auto Centre with the help of Rob Hannam and he made the entire experience extremely easy and pleasant. He was very helpful and informative about all of my questions and made the experience as painless as possible. Lee Kenny helped with the financing side of things and he was also extremely helpful and nice. Between the two I would certainly go back to the Capital Auto Centre for any of my needs and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car!
