Our mobility scooter was damaged by a local Hamilton dealer. I had sent it for a spring tune up and they did not secure it properly, returned it with several hundred dollars worth of damage and denied any liability. I reached out to Daymak and they went out of their way to help me out. They were generous with their time, were kind with their fees and returned it to us as good as new.We love our Roadstar, it is how we get to appointments and do grocery shopping. I shall always be grateful to Daymak for the help that Daymak provided and the interest Daymak took in our huge problem. Thank you.P. Brodeur

Highly recommended.I am extremely delighted to share my review on my recent experience with Ebike universe. Can't express my happiness in welcoming Paris 36V e- bike where I received an excellent customer service from Ms. Monique who is the account manager there at Toronto branch. She answered all my questions with extreme patience and processed my documents within few minutes. Having my 1st purchase was really a memorable one. Thank you E-bike Universe team.

I recently purchased a Daymak e-bike and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. The bike has excellent speed and power, making my daily commute a breeze. The build quality is top-notch, and the bike is very comfortable to ride. I appreciate the eco-friendly nature of the bike, and the fact that I am reducing my carbon footprint by using it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend Daymak to anyone in the market for an e-bike.

My ebike purchased at another place 4 years ago had big time issues and I heard about Daymak so took it into them and they were happy to assist in seeing what the problem was. The staff were helpful and were happy to answer any questions I had. I ended up trading in my old bike for a New one and I love it! I give 5 out 5 Stars!!! =) - Linda

Zero stars if possible...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION....The worst service at this location.I purchased a mini pit hog dirt bike from this location. It was assembled on site by their technicians. It's only been used on paved roads, sidewalks and grass by my 8yr old.I've been back 4 times due to poor assembly issues.Their customer service is beyond terrible and they do not stand behind there work. (Twice the rep was sleeping behind the desk, so someone else had to come and assist me, and the last time he was just rude.I've since found out, that I'm not the first to complain about him)Issues Ive had thus far:The drive chain keeps falling off. (repaired by tech) but keeps falling off occasionallyCharger port came loose (repaired by tech, welding it in place)Charger not working (replaced)Switch to control the 3 speeds spins and there is no way to determine whether you are in low, med or high speed, other then trial and error. (never repaired)The front fender broke off due to poor assembly. I explained to the service rep that my sons helmet fell on it and it snapped off. The service rep insisted that my son hit something which caused it to break.I was told that I would need to spend an additional $500 for a new housing kit, inorder to get the front fender.Upon returning home and attempting to fix the problem myself. I realized that the piece was supposed to be attached with three screws and not just the one that they used.It was only held on by one screw which is why it broke.Im offended that the service rep tried to make it seem as if I were lying. We have had the unit for less then 8 months and the issues have been on going since the date of purchase.I purchased this $1300.00 piece of garbage for my son and have had nothing but problems dealing with this location. You would think that when selling something for children, the company would make sure that the units are assembled correctly and tested properly before turning it over to the customer.Based on my experience with this location.I wouldn't even trust them to sell me a bottle of water.TERRIBLE SERVICE...You would be better off avoiding purchasing from this location in my opinion and experience.

If you're a first-time buyer or someone searching for a good ebike, thoroughly research reviews and consider what you're getting for your hard-earned money.I initially gave this ebike company 5 stars, but I now feel compelled to change my rating to 1 star. At first, their service was nice, but unfortunately, after almost a year, the Speedometer on my bike broke. Keep in mind that I only used the bike for around 5 months due to the winter in Canada. I sent my bike in for service, and they informed me that I was lucky because it was the last day of the warranty. However, I don't consider myself lucky, as the bike stopped functioning properly after such a short period of use.I explained that I had been pedaling and the bike suddenly seemed to stop working, even though the battery was fully charged. I had to pedal to work, and the bike felt incredibly heavy, as if the battery was drained. The bike company's service department asked me to leave it with them for inspection, and after a week or two, they called me back to inform me that the speedometer was damaged and needed to be replaced. They quoted a price of $145.20 before tax for the replacement speedometer.I expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that I hadn't used the bike for a whole year due to the Canadian winter, which took up 6 months of non-use. Additionally, I had taken excellent care of the bike, so it was disappointing to experience such a failure in quality. I was not happy about having to pay for a replacement under warranty. They explained that the speedometer was not covered by the warranty because it had expired. I expressed my disappointment, and they informed me that there was nothing they could do.I requested to speak to the company manager to discuss the low quality of the bike. However, they responded by offering me the option to either pay for the replacement speedometer or take the bike back unrepaired. They made it clear that they would not take responsibility for the broken part. To make matters worse, they later contacted me after a few day, mentioning that the bike had another problem: the brakes were not functioning properly. They offered to replace the brakes and asked me to cover 50% of the cost. It's disheartening to discover additional issues with a bike that I had hoped would be reliable and worth the investment. It's unbelievable that a bike worth over $1,800 would require costly repairs after just a few months of use. In comparison, I purchased a regular bike from Canadian Tire for around $400 over three years ago, and I haven't had to replace anything yet. The quality difference is significant.I'm extremely upset and disappointed with this situation. It's unacceptable to spend over $1,800 (after tax) on an ebike, use it for just a few months, and then have to pay over $150 for repairs. I reluctantly agreed to pay for the replacement speedometer because returning the non-functioning bike to my home was inconvenient due to the distance. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I wouldn't normally leave a review like this unless something felt seriously wrong.

I must say the customer service from Akilli and the young lady that brought my ebike out was commendable. Akilli addressed all my concerns and questions and even tested the ebike out as I requested. He was patient enough to let me fold the unit to place in my trunk and even when the extra mile to ensure that I could properly loosen the handle bar connection when folding. Thank you Akilli! The only negative was the reception from the individual at the customer desk. Perhaps a smile and a good day would be more welcoming.
