Loomis always claims that they couldn’t find my address, even though you can easily locate it on Google Maps, and does not deliver packages.The most recent time, they called me and I gave detailed instructions on how to find my house (which should be unnecessary since, again, it’s easily findable on Google Maps), but claimed they couldn’t find the address anyway.I had to drive 35 mins one way to go and get my package. Why do I pay for shipping?I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the person I spoke to on the phone was apologetic and accommodating when I probably sounded irritated on the phone. I know it’s not this person’s fault that the drivers / dispatchers are lazy and don’t do their jobs.At the very least it would be nice if there were more drop off points.

The worst courier service, they will not deliver if you have a non-working buzzer and refuse to call you. Instead of providing their drivers with a work phone, they will spend the money to send them over to your place multiple times knowing they cannot deliver. FedEx, CanadaPost, DHL, Purolator, and UPS are all able to deliver without a buzzer. I have written complaints to the two companies I ordered from who use this terrible shipping service and asked them to stop using it. Surprised they are still able to get contracts, their reviews speak for themselves.

Customer service is no help, they don’t tell you when your package is going to arrive so you’re supposed to just wait around until they decide to drop it off. I been waiting 3 days now it tells me the package is with the driver and it never gets dropped off. If you can afford it just ship with Canada post or some other company.(NEXT DAY STILL NEVER ARRIVED )So after 3 days of my package driving around with the courier ,still no delivery, they told me they told the delivery driver to make sure to drop it off today because the weekend is here so now I have to wait till Monday for a package that was supposed to arrive Wednesday . DO NOT USE LOOMIS!!!! You’ll regret it I can promise you that.

The mailman was really quick on his feet. He buzzed to get into my apartment. I rushed down as soon as I heard the door call, but all I found was a notice attached to my mailbox.

Absolut worst carrier company, keep saying unable to access my building while I received package from Amazon on the SAME DAY! They didn't contact me with any email, notice or anything. I work from home so I know for sure they didn't even try to buzz

I had an issue with a package that was not being delivered for some reason. After a couple days and a few calls, I ended up on the phone with Yvette Whittaker. She was able to determine the issue and promised to call me back when she could speak with the driver. Sure enough she did call me back and the package was delivered. Incredible service!

I hate to give negative evaluation but i was impressed on how bad a company can treat your customers. I thought it was just a isolated case with me but when I saw the 1.5 stars score in Google I realized that this is a company that does not care to keep clients in a continuous basis.1 delivery attempt, they buzzed my apt. And I missed the call. The problem is that they left in about 2 minutes. Not even a chance to meet them at the front door. How about call the phone of the customer just to check they are at home?After this they never gave me a date about the next delivery. attendant told they could not provide a next date for delivery. I decided to go to their deposit by car and get the parcel.Their slogan should be: If the delivery company cant reach you, go and reach them.

The delivery guy buzzed my apartment to let me know he has my package. I told him to take the elevator to the fifth floor. I waited and he never arrived. I went down and he just left my package in the lobby for anyone to take. I called Loomis Express to complain about the delivery driver's laziness, but it turns out, the company tells their drivers to not bother delivering the packages and to just leave them where they can be stolen. It would have taken him about an extra 30 seconds. This kind of horrific customer service is unacceptable.

0 stars...As per loomis (since they could not deliver my package) they suggested I pickup my package at there facility...but yet nobody answers the phone....nobody answers the buzzer...its funny that the rep from loomis said if nobody answers just keep calling...well for how long...I tried for nearly an hour...several other ppl came to collect there packages with no luck...I can see the back door thru all the fencing is open and a truck is there with the doors rolled up...someone must be working...thanks loomis for wasting nearly 2 hours of my day off...

Driver # 2614 is very aggressive driver he almost took my mirrors off on Columbia Street west bound after the cumberland st sharp very tight curve not made for two semi trucks at once usually keep back and pass on the stright way I have a dash cam video there was a line up for him up ahead anyways its risk taking for no reason
