Golf Town

I bought clubs from here and had them fitted. I was surprised. I was there for over two hours. Everything was taken into account and measured and i came out with a great set of clubs trailer made for me.

Bought a new wedge and had 3 more with me for a regrip. Young man said he didnt have time to do them. I spent an hour shopping and saw him regrip one club the entire time, the other 2 were just shooting the breeze. Good job guys.

I called on a busy Sunday was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I received. Emily answered my call , at the end of the day and I could still hear her smiling, She must have ran all through the store tying to help me , I am just amazed at her dedication and service...I cannot lie I thought maybe she might hang up or just forget me, but she never did , courteously apologizing for the wait . Also a special thanks to Louis the manager, positive, encouraging and also taking the time to speak with me, keep up the great work, I recommend this store to anyone who expects the best and genuine service. Be patient, they are very busy, However I promise it’s worth it. Thanks a bunch, Shauna

I got get my putter grip redone, nice guy. Jokes to everyone saying if they want their grips crooked hahah nice laugh. Proceed to put my putter grip crooked after checking it. I didnt notice at first because, was in a hurry and left but yea long story short. Buy your stuff and install it somewhere else, the techs there are not reliable

Zero stock!!!!! Tried ordering online. What a joke! 3 items not available within 100 kilometres!!Finally found a 2xl glove. Have to go to the south shore to pick it up. Not long before these guys go out of business if they can’t keep up. Too bad!

Overall store experience was very pleasant. Liam gave me AMAZING service last Saturday! He advised me on what shoes worked best for me and helped me select some clothing.

I want to emphasize that the service was really perfect and the whole experience very pleasant. I don't live in Canada and unfortunately I won't have the pleasure of coming back, but I have to say that I find the reviews of others related to the indifference" of the employees

Golf town honoured their sale to me as promised, customer service made a great effort to satisfy the costumer, very happy, highly recommend.

The trade in policy is a joke (you lost a sale because, you don't sell the brand I have, so you can't do a trade in with me?? what's that supposed to mean?) and because of the dismissive attitude of the employees, from now on, ya sure, I'll try the clubs at the store and then buy online, as punishment for being made to feel like a burden !

Great work by Louis and Shane to accommodate a quick request to shorten clubs. Had come in to custom order (petite) that was unavailable in store and because of the lead time from the US, they came up with an alternate solution. Purchased an in-stock set that they cut to suit my wife's height. Much appreciated gentlemen.
