Poor customer service!I bought a double-size bloom mattress from this store. The employee in the store told me that I can exchange it within 100 days for free if I change my mind.I called the store for an exchange and they said 65$ will be charged for an exchange. I think employees at this store are trying to sell their products by hook or crook and trying to Ripoff their customers.

The BEST place to buy a Tempur-pedic!About a month after purchasing our adjustable bed, we had an issue with one of our bases.We reached out to Tempur-pedic's customer service several times but they were TERRIBLE. They did absolutely NOTHING to address our issue over the course of 3 months.When we returned to the Weston road store in Woodbridge, to let them know of our extreme frustration, we spoke with Reza and Steven and they were fantastic!They were both super-apologetic for the poor service we received from Tempur-pedic and that it has taken so long to have our problem resolved. They promised us that they would resolve our issue and they did not fail!They advised that since we had purchased the extended warranty, as part of the awesome deal we got on our mattresses and bases, that they would start the process to exchange our problematic base with a new one immediately.Sure enough, two weeks later, I received a call to schedule the delivery of our new base. Shortly after, the delivery gentlemen assembled the new base and removed the old one without any issues.Tempur-pedic makes a fantastic product but their customer service is one of the WORST I've ever experienced. They were so bad that I felt as if I had been conned and questioned how could they possibly stay in business with such terrible, virtually non-existent, customer service??Lucky for us we purchased our Tempur-pedic set at Sleep Country and the fantatstic staff at the Weston store in Woodbridge provides EXCELLENT customer service!I receive prompt, courteous and effective service EVERY time I shop at this Sleep Country location; this was my second purchase at this store and it won't be my last.The BEST place to shop for a Tempur-pedic or any other mattress!!

I went to Sleep Country with my two kids to find beds for them. Jason was very kind and accommodating to our needs, he helped us pick the best option according to our budget. Even after the purchase, Jason continued to help schedule a perfect delivery despite my conflicting schedule. Great customer service.

My experience at Sleep Country was amazing. Sidney was such a great help and I highly recommend requesting his assistance if he's working that day. He was so polite and patient throughout the whole experience as buying a mattress can be very confusing. He's very informative and up to date with product knowledge and was able to find the perfect mattress for me within my budget. I can now have a good night sleep thanks to him. I will definitely be coming back when its time to upgrade!

Really great experience with Sidney! Was attentive and interested in finding the best option for me. Originally came in looking at a Casper and he had me try a few mattress’ and I figured out that I liked a coil bed better. Got delivery today and the guys were amazing as well. Thank you Sidney again for your impressive service and knowledge, I look forward to finally having a good nights sleep.

Great selection of mattresses! Salesperson was not so good, zero empathy coupled with self affirmations. He did seem very proud of his pitches though, so more power to him!

Terrible customer service from this location. Group of salespeople, one named Jason helped me (if you can call it that). Although my family and I were the only customers in the store, 3 salespeople did not even come to help us at all. When I went to go ask for help and ask if they could find a mattress similar to one I seen elsewhere, they suggested a different bed. After I found one they tried to sell me the display one for a very cheap price. As I wasn’t comfortable with that I asked to get the same new rather that display. That one comment instantly made them belittle me, stating “if you want to go somewhere else and pay for something worst, that’s your choice”. I’m the middle of transaction, the manger I was dealing with to get a bed leaves me to immediately help new customers that walked in. I was left with no one to help me and just left the store. 3 salespeople, none of which wanted to help me hustle as soon as new customers walk in.I don’t know what my comments may have caused to get such bad service but they have serious lost my business for being passive bigots who avoided assisting, despite wanting to buy a mattress.
