New Steel Body Jewelry

My fiancé and I picked out a Cuban bracelet for mothers day I had asked if this was an everyday bracelet the girl said yes 3 days later the links are falling apart I go back and ask for an exchange or refund. They said you need a receipt that's okay we can go find it. I brought it back a few times more to see what they can do I left my number for the manager 3 times the third time she called me. I found the receipt they wont fix, replace it or give me my money back. When speaking to the manager I had a negative experience. However, KC the owner called me and was very nice and replacing the bracelet. I am now happy that she treated me with respect and the aspect that they are fixing problem I am grateful that the owner did call me.

Purchased an anklet/toe ring set. Due to tarnishing of the toe ring, less than a year later, I learned that products don't come with a warranty. Company extended a 50% off on next ring purchase. Now, why would I buy anymore potentially inferior jewelry? Had it been replaced, I would have given 5 stars. (I have proof of purchase)
