Core strength is something I'm proud of and the leg and upper body balance and strength means my skiing and soccer have improved immensely with strength to be confident injuries are minimized.

I've been training with Stacy since Jan.2017 and have seen amazing results in that time.I have never felt stronger or healthier. Stacy is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going & friendly personality, creates a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging and rewarding. I wouldn't be working out if it wasn't for her!
