I finally had the opportunity to come and try this place out with my brother. We came here with no expectations, and the experience we had from beginning to end was a great one!I forgot to take pictures on the interior, but it made the atmosphere feel very vibrant.We ordered a lot of different dishes, there were a lot of options for the Black Angus AYCE. I loved the Sousvide Pork Belly (Thick cut), Marinated Lamb with Cumin Sauce, and the Clams (in sake). Honourable mention, try the seasoning on the table on the lamb (and other meats) it was really good!There was no waiting because we got here at 6:45 PM, but it got quite busy later on. The service was great, compared to the other reviews it doesn't seem terrible at all!The Black Angus AYCE was $40.99 per person, we had 2 hours for seating (with 30 mins for last call). Overall, this was a great place to experience. The food was delicious, and the vibe was great.

Was an overall good experience, but I have to give 3 stars for the following reasons:- I wish there were at least duplicate menus per table as it's difficult to pass around just 1 menu.- They really follow the 2 hour seating time limit - I have no issue with it but we were trying to finish our remaining Wagyu meat - so it felt like they were rushing us and were forcing us to order dessert when we clearly have 2 large plates of wagyu meat that we'd like to enjoy as well as not waste any food...- We ended up not ordering dessert because they made it evident that we cannot order it once the 2 hour limit was reached

Cash discount Mon-Thurs if you're seated before 5:00! BE AWARE, gratuities are automatically added onto your bill, regardless how big or small your party size is!Ambience was amazing, food tasted great. I opt for the Black Angus AYCE and it did not disappoint. The cuts were all top notch and high quality though some cuts tasted better than others. I especially enjoyed the Kalbi Beef, Black Pepper Short Rib Strips, Pork Toro, Cheesy Butter Corn and Takoyaki the most! For desserts, you're limited to either 1 Melona bar or soft serve. I wished they had more varieties to choose from but overall, everything was quite delicious and filling!

After a lot of hype I finally decided to try this place. A lot of Shinta fans love this place and told me I must try it.Right off the bat- the place is very nice and inviting, soothing cool and relaxing atmosphere.We had a table of 6 people with 2 grills at the table. The table is stocked with spices and utensils. We ordered the beef, pork, shrimp,pork, mushrooms, onions, peppers.It almost seems like the grills aren’t as hot as they should be so you don’t cook as much food over your time slot.Food was good but not great. The service was actually pretty slow and our server was quite rude. We actually did get kicked out because our time was done.Not worth the hype. I would try somewhere else instead of coming back.

The meat quality was pretty good. But that's where the positives end. The service staff was rude. Dining time is 2 hours, and last order was supposed to be 30 minutes before it ends. Our server cut us off 40 minutes before our dining time ended. The grill was pretty low power so the meat cooked slowly and wouldn't sear. It's all you can eat, but you can only have 1 ice cream.For the prices they charge, this is not good enough.

EVERYTHING was impeccable! From the service to the quality of the food! Just FANTASTIC! A serious shout-out to our wait staff who was attentive, professional, friendly, and just AWESOME! HIGHLY recommend trying the A5 wagyu BTW!

Amazing AYCE for 2h! We tried the black menu and the prime kalbi is the best! The shrimp, cheese corn are also good. Note that 12% tip is auto added to the receipt. The waiter didn’t look very pleased for whatever reason. She also tried to get us to do the last order when it was 6:13 and she said it’s 6:30. The same thing happened to my sis the last time she was here with the same waiter. Good thing they changed the grill quite often. Good food but the service could use some improvement.

It’s my 3rd time visiting this place since they opened a few year ago.We opt for the $41 AYCE dinner menu.Meat quality is pretty good! The meat is fresh and the ones that are marinated are not overly salty or sweet.However, seafood quality is poor. Low quality clams that are not fresh and super small. They use very sweet broth to cover the frozen taste of the clams.Not full house on Mon night but service is still a bit slow. Waited 10-15 mins for hot sake. Missed one of our food order as well.Service is very typical Chinese style. The servers are efficient but lack customer skills.Dessert include soft served vanilla ice cream (unlimited) and ice cream bar (limited to 1 per person).Not rushed to leave since it’s not a busy night. But did inform us of last call at around 9:30 (we were seated at 8pm).

Came to Shinta Japanese BBQ for the first time to spend my birthday dinner on a weeknight. Got the Black AYCE option and it did not disappoint! The meat and other foods were fresh, marinated super well with just the right flavor and umami. The service was excellent too. The staff were kind and fast in delivering what we ordered. They do have a seat time limit but we didn’t feel rushed. Highly recommend coming on a weeknight as it was busy but not chaotic. As well the price was very reasonable for the quality of food.Would highly recommend and come again! ☺️

Came here a few times, and always had good experiences with either booking reservations or walking in. There are tons of options for their beef, pork, poultry, veggies, sides, etc.I’ve always noticed that food and plating is always quick on coming out and away when first orders are placed. Then slows down noticeably afterwards. Our server was super nice/polite. We had a table of 9. The restaurant is clean and well lit. For the black Shinta is definitely worth compared to other grill houses. I would come back to try their higher menu items.
