Extremely helpful and professional customer service, our white car got stuck in a snow ditch and the man on the phone was extremely helpful and helped us stay calm and safe. The towing itself was exceptionally fast and the operator very helpful and professional.Would recommend without hesitation.

These guys really went above and beyond to get our family back on the road. Our spare turned out to be no good. Saturday at midnight, -30 degrees, they were able to find, mount and balance a new tire so we could get home. They made a bad situation as smooth as it could possibly be.

Doug is THE BEST!!! My work vehicle died in the middle of nowhere Ontario and Doug was there within a half hour. He towed the truck and we enjoyed a nice conversation along the way. Doug is a definite asset to Herb's. I highly recommend Herb's!
