Speaking of scanning, have you been to Décathlon? Décathlon makes self check out so easy and fast. You don't have to scan item by item. You put everything in the box, and it scans all of them, just like that. And this is Impeccable! Saves you so much time.. clever tech!

Extremely terrible customer experienceFirstly, Decathlon cancelled our online order without any update and notification until we called to check after the targeted arrival date. Secondly, we placed our order again and the package arrived 2 days after the new targeted arrival date. And the most terrible thing is we received 2 left-foot of a pair of ice skates.Last but not least, we went to Decathlon Downtown on 31 December for exchange and sharpening after checked the operating hour (close at 6pm). The store has already closed before 5pm!

Visited Decathlon Union station today and what an amazing experience at this little city store. They have almost all the quick pick up items I required for my camping trip this long weekend. Associate Sweedal was very helpful in quickly finding out the products I required and also friendly. Thank You for the amazing experience. Will visit again soon.

Got my bike, staff is helpful when I went in to buy it in the morning, but left it there for a a check up so I could pick it up later in the day. Later in the evening when I went to pick up my bike, they had not tuned it up but it didn’t take long, however the guy that looked at it could not care less, had a very “shrug shoulders” attitude and when I had taken it home I noticed he didn’t centre the handle bars so I have to do it now, and there was grease on my bike, like the grease you get on your fingers from a bag of chips and don’t wipe your hands. But the bike is good and I always have a great experience when I go there. Just this one time at the end of day it seemed off.

The store is small but has some affordable prices. The staff however are more serving to white people and negligent to colored people. I was on my way to check out and was standing in line in front of a white couple and the Chinese and Russian staff members instructed me with false Information that the check out was at the back of the store where pick ups was being handled. I believed it and took myself out of the check out line but found that I was lied to by the staff so the white beautiful couple behind me in the lone could go skip in front of me.

Nothing like passing by a Decathlon when you have a few minutes to spare. I got a nice fleece jacket and a toque for next to nothing. Came in handy with the cold weather coming to the city!

I was travelling to Ottawa w VIA.. my luggage was 20 pounds over and I desperately needed another large size bag to transfer over my items.. so I was beyond thankful when I found this store in union station!!! Lovely lady/worker by the name of Vicki helped me find the perfect size gym duffle bag (very good value and very durable too) for me. She was very nice and extremely helpful! Im writing this as I board my train back to Toronto.. will be stopping by there to thank her again!

Good products, great prices, but service? I checked something was in stock before I went to store. I asked first associate where I can find it and he didn't know but started looking. After a couple of minutes of him staring at shelves I saw there were other staff there so I said Can you ask someone else

The store and products themselves are excellent - every product I’ve used so far has been very reasonably priced and well-designed.However, the main reason I am writing this review is because of my interactions with an employee, Pal.A few months ago, he helped me a ton in choosing a bike. He took the time to walk me through the important things and to answer all of my questions.I went in today to purchase a scooter, and not only did he provide the same excellent service he provided the first time, he also remembered me and asked how I was and how I liked the bike.You just don’t get this level of customer service anymore, it truly elevated my experience here. Even as I was walking out the door, another customer commented about amazing his customer service is.The products and the people at Decathlon rock! Thank you Pal!
